I am writing to complaint about the service in your company UPS,punctually about your branch in Russia. While our partners used UPS service to send us some commodity such as coins,medallions here in Russia it has been held in custom-house service,and we were asked to come for adjusting our load by ourselves.

Finally,custom-house service said that C/O can not get the load until he shows from original recipient the letter empowered to get the load.And UPS service did not even try to help me out.

I am asking for the meaning of C/O recipient for your company and does he have any kind of rights to get the load addressed to him as C/O.Should be taken some kind of measures to prevent such incidents for the future not to lose potential customers reliable.It has been happening not the first time.As a result we had to simply send the goods back,which saddened us very much.

Monetary Loss: $75.
