I called UPS this morning to deliver a package 2nd day air. I scheduled the pick to be the latest 2pm. I called at 2:30 to see where the driver was.

The rep said to wait and that a call would be put in to my local UPS center but I wouldn't get a call till Monday, how does that even make sense. And wait to see if the driver shows up.

It is now after 4 pm and no driver no call from UPS and no way for my time sensitive papers to get to where they need to be by Monday morning. I will never use UPS for delivery again for anything

You can't call UPS in the morning and put a deadline of 2pm for them to pick it up. And I guarantee they didn't promise that when you scheduled the pickup.
