My business is books printing and authors.We ordered books to be delivered to our VIP customer for a book signing.

The venue was booked along with support acts and staff, at a very high cost. We were assured the parcel of books would be tracked . We arranged staff to collect at delivery address. The work had been given to a UPS sub contractor who said the parcel could not be delivered at 12.02.

cctv footage and my staff show no sign of the delivery vehicle no card was left to indicate they had been. Contacting customer service we were told the good were back at the depot we could arrange collection that evening between 6 and 8 pm or the following morning between 9.am and 12.30. When the team were sent across London the next day they were told the good were security locked in the UPS van and could not be delivered for 2 days. We explained the urgency of the situation and the cost of cancelling the venue and after much pleading the van was opened and the goods were not on board, We were told they must have been set aside in the warehouse for collection but no one knew where until Monday.

I didn't like: Poor service sub contact delivery driver cctv not turning up, Dont knock when attempting to deliver a package, Delibrate delaying of shipped item, Slow delivery.
