My package was not delivered as promised on Christmas Eve. I called in this morning and was promised a callback from Customer Services.
Not only was this call never received, I found out later their rep had lied to me and not even bothered to log my call. I called again and received another promise for a callback; once again, no callback came. The third promised callback was due to come through an hour ago, but still nothing. Lie after lie after lie from this company.
Delivery will now supposedly be in 3 days time - for a total of 11 days in transit - IF this isn't yet another broken promise. Useless.
