The parcel-crated box, well packed with the handles was sent to New York, paid additional $20 fee for handling. Under suggestion of UPS store employee did buy insurance.
The box was delivered badly damaged with one of the big item missing or stolen. As I was told the investigation determined that it was poor packaging, so no compensation or responsibility whatsoever. They don’t even give a service complain number. Absolutely horrible service.
Same box with more items came all the way from Europe in tact with FedEx.
The managers at UPS Canada refused to talk. What could be done in this case?
Monetary Loss: $200.
