They broke the very expensive ( and incredibly durable!) item that I was foolish enough to attempt to ship through their company.They completely removed me from the claims process.

They refused to speak to me regarding the claim until after they denied it. They disposed of the damaged portion of the box (which would otherwise be known as evidence) and returned my broken item across the entire country to me in the remnants of the box. They refuse to replace the item. They refuse to refund the shipping and handling charge I paid.

I am surprised there is not a class action lawsuit already.

I would be willing to sign a petition or whatever the *** needs to be signed to start one.This company is a bunch of crooks.
