How can UPS provide such a bad customer experience? Delivered a package to the wrong address, allowed someone other than myself to sign for it using my name, have given two conflicting accounts of where the package is, along with an address that doesn’t actually exist and have given so little real information I have actually had to chase down two separate UPS drivers - who were very friendly and helpful - just to try and work out what has happened. How is UPS so bad?
