Exchange, Refund and Cancellation Policy

I went online at to create a shipping label for a freight package. I chose Paypal and when I was ready to pay the $274 kicked me back to UPS.

This happened 2 times...I called Paypal and told them it had kicked it back and they told me to contact UPS. I spoke with someone at UPS and they told me to talk to Paypal. I then discovered that the transaction processed for $274...TWO times!!! I called UPS and the automated system put me on hold...23 minutes into the hold time I checked the hours and they were closed!!!

Today UPS told me that the money is pending and they don't take the $$$ until the item is delivered...I asked how am I supposed to mail it with no label!!!

Because it never gave me one!!!

She went on to say that that's because they never charged me!!! AGAIN...UPS told me to call Paypal and Paypal told me to call UPS!!!


Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $547.

Preferred solution: Void Both Transactions.
