Barking depot - very dodgy, i can guarantee that they stole my package

all they said was ''as it hasnt been scanned since Friday we take it as lost even though it will probably turn up at some point''

they literally don't care and i can assume that someone just stole it

now i have to try and get a refund from the company that shipped my product and will not get another in time for christmas

absolutely ridiculous i wouldnt even bother with them at all as they seem to have no care to actually getting your shipment to you

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $400.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Delivery, Poor customer service, Unethical business practices.
