Told they would do paperwork at time of pickup. They could not and I was told they would just take my package without proper labeling.
I was able to print a shipping label but I had a java script computer error in printing and was told to pay again to print another label and get a refund after delivery. When package arrived, they said it was too heavy to deliver and I had to drive 20 miles to UPS to unload a few items before they would deliver resulting in 2 day delay.
Very rude service at time of delivery. Charged my credit card an additional $80 for services of other clients and not related to my package.
