I ordered a package from amazon and it was shipped with UPS.I unfortunately was a victim of theft during the holidays.
I have now ordered another package from amazon and it was shipping with UPS, apparently I now have a DNR on my address permanently from UPS. I was not informed of this DNR. I have called the facility in my city and talked to a manager by the name of Derek, & got hung up on during the phone call. He was completely rude to me and raising his voice and started to yell at me during this call.
I asked him for his worker iD and his area managers contact info and got hung up on.
This is not how you handle a guest.It sounds like they need to have a guest service class taught
