UPS delivered to early even though they where told to deliver after a specific time. The customer services wouldn't give me the local depot number to collect or request them to call me or forward my details to them. Their automated service will not let you speak your answers. It is a really bad service. The big brown vans look impressive but they are just big turds delivering a stinking service. We have now instructed our supply chain to leave UPS and use the Royal Mail that gives you a local number with a local pick up with local service.


Reviewer is in unhappy mood. jjukok stated that there is a room for improvement of dealing with ups its disgusting. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss "most of the above" of ups mail service and associated monetary loss in the amount of $500. Ups needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.

The service is disgusting they refused to give me the depo number too. Are stealing others people property with the excuse that cannot get delivered for contamination purposes but to get everything at their homes there is no problem at all.

Its the individual multi drop drivers stealing the parcels at the sorting, returns depot or marking them as delivered and keeping them.The drivers are on poor money.

But they talk to one another, and know the missing parcel will get lost in the system when they steal it. Its not the company as an organisation stealing them.

Its the drivers.Use UPS at Christmas at your peril
