UPS delivered to early even though they where told to deliver after a specific time. The customer services wouldn't give me the local depot number to collect or request them to call me or forward my details to them. Their automated service will not let you speak your answers. It is a really bad service. The big brown vans look impressive but they are just big turds delivering a stinking service. We have now instructed our supply chain to leave UPS and use the Royal Mail that gives you a local number with a local pick up with local service.
