I sent my product in wrong label.

I call right back to inform UPS for return. They promised that my package will be returned to me. After a few days I called UPS to check everything was OK as mentioned, but it delivered to wrong people. I called (800) 742-5877 (Consumer), and complained to the associate, John Liu, but he was very rude and don't educate how to answer phone. He said someone made mistake and nothing he can do. I asked for supervisor, but he put me on hold over 20 min and hang off on me at end.

Ugly customer service.

Very clumsy system.

Terrible education for employee.

I'm very regret to do business with UPS.

Monetary Loss: $150.
