NEVER AGAIN WILL I CHOOSE TO ORDER THROUGH UPS! Not only did they supply an awful outsourcing customer rep but they couldn't even fix a simple technical problem.
It claims if you become a member you can change the shipping address yet never allows the option to happen. Instead of fixing something as simple as a change of address I am forced to stay home and wait an extra week for a package that was delayed on their behalf. UPS is a top example for false advertisement and a poor excuse for "simple shipping".
Don't become a member and I wouldn't even bother paying for the premium package. They are both pointless!
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
I didn't like: Delivery, Customer service, Tracking.
