I was expecting a package and couldn't be around to pick it up. I receive a notice after the first attempted delivery and as instructed in the notice, I left a note instructing the delivery person to leave it by the door.
The note was ignored and the package was not left for delivery. When I called customer service, they could not give me an idea of where it is or when it would get back to the center so I could pick up. They told me that they couldn't give me that information.
They said that I have to wait to be called back by the pick up center but they could not give me that number. They refused to give me a status when I called back after 1 hour.
