UPS made one attempt to deliver while I was at work. I went on the website and requested it delivered "around" a certain time the next day.

Tracked the package the next day and saw it was on hold? Called customer service, asked why hold, explained situation and was told someone there would call me back. No call. Waited at home , checked tracking again and saw it had departed and called again and they said it was on it's way.No package.

Checked website again and saw it was sent to another location and was going to another city? What the heck happened there?

Bad service, no idea why it went somewhere else? Given the runaround.
