UPS is probably the worse company I have ever dealt with in my life
They lost a parcel in a day and its 2 months later, trying to get a claim sorted and they wont even help me locate my account number. Moreover I have next day delivery and they didn't even contact me when the item was delayed.
i had to track down the fact the item didn't arrive then put in a request to search for the package - ONCE you put that request in is when they take 8 business days to search for the package - you'd think it would be 8 business days from when they lost it and it didn't show up a day later. I have tried to talk to them like 6 times and each time its someone from manila or India who cant even speak English - or cant help me at all.
What a thankless job, i reall feel bad for the guys that work there but whoever set up how UPS works is a idiot. I am so frustrated with the level of customer service its deplorable - NEVER use UPS
