Sent a 10:30 am overnight letter to daughter for Friday delivery who needed legal documents. She literally sat at front door from 8am until 11am doing home work for law school.

At 11 she called and said package has not arrived. I checked tracking and it said attempted delivery a 9:51. False. Double checked address and it is correct.

Then find out they sent to UPS Access Point that does not open until 12pm. Called UPS and now told package will not be at UPS Access Point until Monday after 10pm.

Have sent a number of 2 day USPS shipments to same address with no problem. Of course not refund for guaranteed delivery by 10:30 even though I paid for service.

This reviewer shared experience about problem with delivery and wants this business to read this review and look into the issue (if any). This person is overall dissatisfied with Ups. Reviewer wants customer support to reach our to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
