I just made my 4th call and cancelled my 2 iPhone 6 plus orders due to their lack or organization of my orders. I ordered 2 within minutes on the 12th and only 1 phone was processed. I made 4 calls and finally after frustrations and Indian speaking people trying to assist me, I just cancelled the order. It amazes me that AT&T would not get this entire pre-order process right yet having been doing this for so many years with so many orders. The AT&T CEO must be a big dummy and only cares about how much money he/she will receive with the orders and 2 year agreements they get.

The Indian folks that answered my calls were wonderful.

How does their CEO get this job and keep it when he/she is clearly not qualified? Wish I had a job where I was not held accountable for my actions to my paying customers.

Going to go online to look for an job openings to get a gig like they have. Wish me luck!!!
