I was told by UPS that my package couldn't be delivered because my address didn't exist.I called UPS and verified my address with them and they had it correct.

However, they still insisted that it didn't exist and said that they couldn't find it on Google maps. I went on Google maps and my house with address was clearly showing. My house is a detached single family dwelling at a major intersection in Toronto.

The UPS customer service person was very rude and continued to argue with me claiming that they were unable to deliver the package.They couldn't tell me what I had to do to prove the existence of my address.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Please train your employees better. Driver should have been able to find my house. Dispatcher should not have told me driver couldn't find house and asked me for directions iinstead of arging with me over and over that my address didn't exist..

I didn't like: Incompetent delivery driver, Poor customer service.
