Not resolved

Ordered some film for my camera off Amazon yesterday and got Next Day Air shipping. Contacted Amazon about two hours after the purchase to see if they would contact UPS so I can pick up my package (today). Get home from work and head out to the UPS location that tracking sent to me. Arrive at 5:15PM, store closes at 6:00PM, store clerk tells me that the item isn't at the location yet but that I can come back on Monday. I told him that I ordered Next Day Air for a reason and if there was any possible way I can get my order. He tells me that the location opens back up at around 8:00PM that night, I asked him if he was sure and he said he was positive. I left but got in contact with UPS customer service and they mentioned that that's not possible and I have to come back on Monday.

Are you kidding me?

I'm fine with waiting, there's nothing I can do about it but having the guy tell me to come back later while the store is closed...

Monetary Loss: $12.
