I have just had a small parcel sent from a small town in the UK to Australia.It took 5 days to cross the world from their dispatch in England via three different stops in the USA to get to UPS in Botany, (Sydney, Australia) and 5 days later is hasn't made it across Sydney!
Every day it is scheduled for tomorrow's run. The automatons who answer the phone are obviously reading a set piece about being very busy, because every time I get exactly the same reply but never an answer when the goods will actually arrive, and they just keep on repeating themselves.
I suspect from the accent that thye are in the Philippines or somewhere else in Asia.Rather use Fedex every time.
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
I didn't like: Their service or attitude.
