I booked and paid to have my item picked up on the 25th of August. The place of pick up was going to email me to let me know it had been picked up.
By the 27th, it was still waiting for pick up. I called UPS to ask why it hadn't been picked up and they said that 'their pick up times weren't guaranteed'. This is absolute rubbish - they are a courier service! They were also unable to speed up delivery despite the fact that I had paid what I now think is an absolutely exhorbitant price considering the trouble I had.
The item arrived and was also damaged - it looks like it had been dropped. I am extremely unhappy and will be telling all my family and friends never to use UPS ever again.
