If your package was sent from Amazon and UPS loses it or it was supposedly delivered and you never get it, then contact Amazon. After 24 hours and UPS still hasn't found your package Amazon will refund you the money or send you of a replacement.

Unfortunately, if you think you can trust UPS and you send a package and you insure the package and they lose the package that's a whole nother ball of wax. You are responsible for calling UPS to file the claim. Then you have to hound UPS and the story you mail the package from to complete the paperwork for the claim. Then you PS refunds the store that mail the UPS package.

You have to wait to get your refund from the store. This all started on May 7th 2018.

We are now approaching 4 months that I still haven't been refunded $1800. Supposably my claim was approved after alot of work on my end but I still haven't seen the money.
