For the second time in two months, UPS has lost a package going to our Houston office. It had both payroll and vendor checks in it.

We called to see if they had located the package but they hadn't in two days.

Had to void all of the checks and reissue them.

Considering how old this company is and how many packages it ships, you would think it would be expert at this. Apparently not. They have fairly consistently disappointed me in their deliver service, surly drivers and poor customer service. They've lost their edge and taken for granted that people will simply use them due to their size.

My company used both Fed Ex and UPS.

We have now switched entirely to Fed Ex.

Product or Service Mentioned: Ups Delivery Service.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Preferred solution: I'm through using UPS. Too many blown chances..

I didn't like: Delivery service.
