Checked scheduling on my package and it said before the end of the day. The day came and went.
I checked the tracking again and it had been changed to left package at the distribution center. I called and the only answer I could get was it was left at the distribution center. I asked if they could go back and get it since I live less than 2 miles from it but they said there was nothing they could do. More and more companies just don't care anymore.
I will boycott them as long as I can. There should be a national boycott day for companies like this.
