New ReviewerMicrosoft and PayPal are investigating. UPS are sitting doing nothing. They are busy covering for their employees that steal parcels
Rancid, abhorrent, putrid company
Horrendous experience. I ordered an Xbox series X limited edition halo bundle directly from Microsoft (very difficult to even get) - the package I received was a dog bed.
It's quite evident that the package was stolen and the sticker for my xbox parcel was placed on this random dog bed package (meaning not only did I not receive my Xbox, but someone else didn't receive their dog bed). Microsoft, unsurprisingly, do not dispatch dog beds, so it is evident that this issue comes from within UPS. Abhorrent and rancid company. UPS have made no effort to resolve this issue, and haven't even responded to me on any platform.
The woman I spoke to over the phone laughed at the situation - I could see some humour in it myself if it weren't for the hefty price tag, and coming from a customer service advisor? Nah. Gross. This demonstrates that this scenario is a common occurrence (other negative reviews support this) as employees know there will be 0 repercussions for their vile, inhumane behaviour.
The fact that UPS boast that you can be hired into their questionable staff team in less than 30 minutes certainly speaks for itself, and the consequences are clear.
If it was possible to give 0 stars I would. Do boycott UPS.
User's recommendation: Boycott UPS, they won't help you and they seem to find stealing parcels funny. Customer service is horrific.
Monetary Loss: $480.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
UPS Cons: Unreliable and untruthful service, Stolen package, Poor customer service, 0 repercussions for employees, Lazy staff.
