Not resolved

Received a package from Colorado and had to return it to the sender. I took it to the Allen Texas UPS Store, had the UPS shipper document in hand, and handed it all to the employee.

Two days later the package showed up on my door. The employee didn't use the new shipping label to cover the old label, and there ya have it.

If you ever have to use UPS, which I don't recommend, remove all labels on the outside of the box yourself. If you trust them to do their job, then I have a bridge in Arizona to sell you.

UPS sucks!
