I ORDERED SOMETHING AND THE SHIPPER SENT IT PROPERLY.I LIVE IN A "NO DROP" AREA SO I WAS GIVEN THE OPTION TO SIGN FOR IT BY UPS VIA THE INTERNET.
I SIGNED UP AND IT WOULD NOT WORK - SPENT HALF AN HOUR WORKING ON IT WITH UPS CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND THEY COULDN'T FIX IT, ADMITTED IT WAS THEIR WEBSITE, AND WOULDN'T DO ANYTHING PAST THAT. THE SHIPPER DID THEIR PART, I DID MY PART, THE ONLY WEAK LINK HERE IS UPS. I AM SWITCHING TO FED EX RIGHT NOW!
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!THANK YOU.
