I was in Spain and needed a document sent urgently. My son sent it on the Monday (cost +CHF 60) to be delivered the following day.
By Wednesday, still nothing and I needed to leave the place I was staying and had given as an address. We'd called and they had no idea when it would arrive. So I left.
It arrived on Thursday evening. Now I'm back in Switzerland and the package has to be returned to my home address - at my own expense.
No apologies, no refund - just the equivalent of a shrug from a customer service person on the phone: it's not their fault, the plane broke down, whatever...
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Monetary Loss: $140.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
I didn't like: Take your money and then provide no service.
