Ordered a 24lb package that was scheduled for pickup on 11/28 for 12/2 delivery. Distance was from Ontario Cal to 20 north of the border in Oregon. Picked up a day late and rescheduled for delivery on 12/4. Updates were ALWAYS a day later then specified. Package went to Portland Oregon, 350 miles north of of us, where it sat unloaded on the UPS truck for 24 hours. Now it is rescheduled for 12/5!

That's 3 rescheduled deliveries on a distance of less then 800 miles on a route that is right on I-5 straight up California!

Way to go UPS, it's the wort case of handling logistics I have ever seen in my life.

I ship over 2k per month and now bid you adieu.

You guys SUCK.
