UPS - On Time with a Smile

I was expecting a large, important delivery. I needed it within a narrow window because I had a very important meeting to attend. After a few back and forths, my request was honored. The Man in Brown rang my bell at precisely the time expected, and with a smile as if he doffed his hat. I can think of many true stories of how UPS has made an everlasting impression in my life starting with childhood. And so, I tip my hat to a great consumers institution, United PARCEL Service, aka, UPS, aka, The Men in Brown. Thank you.

UPS in Los Angeles, California - U P S (Unpredicable Postal- Surprise) I didn't get my package!!

Surprise-Surprise-Surprise (in Gomer Pile voice) I have had more trouble with this company than you can shake a stick at. If it were up to me I would never never have them deliver anything. They don't stop to read the address, if it is an address close to where they are actually suppose to deliver it they will just drop it off and say the delivery has been made. I've called the company customer service and they say "the package has been deliver" (I know it says that I see that online) I'm telling you it's not. Hello!!!. Well it was delivered at the front desk; What front desk?? I don't have a front desk and there is no one here by the name of Curtis. Where is my package that I'm suppose to get by the end of the day. Drivers can't distinguish North East South or West directions, and addresses mean nothing to them. I actually put in the delivery address the "Brown Building" at 7911' and not the "White Building" at 7901. I have a panic attack every time a package is suppose to come by UPS, because I know "Here we go again" I don't have the strength for this today.

Well first off a driver must of stolen my medication on a different delivery than the one that I'm waiting on all day today! Still going to sue over that!! Today package was suppose to be here by 4 pm and now it's 5pm about to miss a job I needed to help pay rent! They can't even say how far driver is away! USPS can and has done for me in past! So now I am out over $700 because of UPS! Fed-Ex from now on! Sad that USPS is much much better! UPS use to be good,but never again will I use them!And I am telling everyone I see about this ***!

We ordered a table with 4 chairs. Monday it was supposed to arrive... Everything the table top, base and 4 chairs. It got delayed...somethings to come on Tuesday and the table top to come on Wednesday. It didn't come on Wednesday nobody called to let me know...yes they...

UPS Driver Regularly Blows Off Deliveries At The End Of His Shift

I live in a poor neighborhood on the south side of Madison Wi which is at the end of the UPS daily delivery schedule. The UPS driver regularly blows off deliveries here in order to clock out on time. Twice in a row I have waited all day for a delivery only to learn (by checking online) that the UPS driver claimed to have attempted delivery. He didn't, and there was no "attempt to deliver" notice posted on the front door behind which I had waited for hours. I complained to UPS management on both occasions to no avail, so now I simply make no purchases if the only delivery service that the vendor offers is UPS.

UPS - Reckless Driver

The delivery driver, California license plate #757382, at approximately 4:45PM on June 6th, 2017 Was driving wrecklessly fast, accelerating through a small cul de sac around a blind corner. This is a family beighborhood with small streets, as well as aforementioned corner. There are children constantly out, elderly people who must cross said street regular to access their vehicle, animals, and traffic coming and going from the respective homes. It has happened on 2 other occassions as well, and now enough is enough. I would expect the drivers to represent the professional image that the rest of the company presents by being courteous and safe while operating these vehicles.

Will never use UPS again.

Received a birthday gift via UPS from family member in the USA. I live in Canada. UPS charged me over $50.00 for the gift. Brokerage fee and duty all in one and guess who the broker was, yes it was UPS. When I spoke with them, got no where. Was told their fee was $26.00 and the rest duty. They told me because it was over $60.00 and family member did not choose a broker (?????) they brokered it, used the exchange rate US to Canadian dollar (which is of course very high). This happened once before to us and I overlooked it, but this time I won't. I will never use their services again. JB - Canada

UPS - 1 day shipping , delivered in 3 days

I ordered a text book through amazon and paid one day delivery. The track package showed the package was out for delivery, but it was never delivered. I called amazon who refunded my shipping cost and contacted UPS and informed a ups agent would contact me soon. Needless to say, a agent never contacted me, so i called. I got excuses and misinformation. They blamed amazon and said ipackage was held and didnt go out to the next day. However, ups tracking told a different story. When I confronted the agent with this information, i was put on hold and got a different story. He said he would see what he could do, but apparently center is closed on Saturday. Which means, package is delivered on monday with is 3 days late. I personally hate dealing with UPS, since this is not first time having issues with them. PICK A DIFFERENT SERVICE

SHIPPER SENT NEXT DAY AIR ON 5/31/2017. ARRIVED IN CONCORD, CALIFORNIA 6:23am on JUNE 1, 2017. Driver failed to deliver unethical. We called UPS AND they said on 6/2/2017 at 730pm NO SCAN FOR OVER 24 HOURS SO THEY PUT IN AN INVESTIGATION SAYING MUST BE LOST. NO DELIVERY ATTEMPTS MADE. HOME ALL DAY. FULL VIDEO SURVELLIANCE NO UPS. Checked back online at 8:40pm and driver lied and posted time stamp 715pm delivery attempt and received requested delay delivery. LIES LIES UPS DRIVER NEEDS TO BE FIRED. CALLED IN AND guess what CUSTOMER SERVICE FILED A COMPLAINT AGAINST THE DRIVER!!!
