You are correct....We don't do ANYTHING to find the delivery address...Our job is to deliver, NOT FIND YOU...that is a detectives job. Use your COMPLETE and CORRECT address and you will get your stuff.

No responsibility can be proved for UPS

In a recent court appearance UPS would accept no responsibility for damage unless I could prove the damage occurred while in their physical possession and that is was totally their fault. That means that their partnerships with other carriers and the US postal service makes claims unprovable. Prove it was in their possession. What if I have my local packaging store pack and ship an item. Can I prove UPS caused the damage or the store? When shipping to another country can I prove the damage didn't occur in customs or while in the possession of a "partner" delivery service? Can I prove I didn't cause the damage myself? Do I need to video tape the entire process and travel on the trucks and through their processing facilities? Unfortunately small claims court has small minds and higher level courts require big bucks for attorneys. UPS wins again. It isn't worth the time and money so we take the loss. I will boycott their services

UPS - "United Parcel Service" a Package Delivery Company that DOESN'T Deliver

For many years now, I have lived in a secure building. You have to use the Call Box on the outside wall of the building to either: (1) call the resident to be let in, OR to enter the Gate Code so you can walk right into the Secure Lobby. For many years now, UPS (Useless Parcel Sh!#Heads) drivers refuse, absolutely REFUSE to do either. Instead, they post a "Sorry We Missed You" sticky note on the Call Box and drive away. I have even watched them get out of their trucks with nothing in hand except the sticky note, run up to the Call Box, slap the not on the Box and run away. They didn't even ATTEMPT to make actual delivery. Years ago after first moving to this secure building, I was told by a Supervisor to go online, create a profile and input the security code so the drivers could easily obtain access to the building to deliver packages. I did so immediately and still, years later, the drivers FAIL to enter the code and deliver the packages! Un-flippin'-believeable! Worst package delivery company on the planet! If you ever get the option to use any other form of delivery . . . .USE IT! Never use UPS. They suck big time!

UPS - Slackers in brown

In this day and age it seems that more and more people take less and less responsibility for their jobs. I would say the American work ethic has become one of half measures. The bare minimum to collect a paycheck and unfortunately taking pride in ones work is no longer something to be proud of. Pure sloppiness by lazy people. UPS seems to cherish this mindset and work ethic. Literally everything I receive in our receiving department is damaged or broken. What can brown do for you? probably break anything you have them ship to you. Pathetic excuse for service. Remember folks, sloppy work ethic equals sloppy human beings!

UPS drivers drops packages at any address ,then blames the customers of taken packages they left at wrong address ! Neighbors telling them (UPS Salisbury,Md) lies on other neighbors .UPS calls innocent people and accusing them ,But it UPS dropping packages off anywhere to get home quicker ! Rita and Alton,Rich and Jerry at UPS should stop their harassment of good innocent people on the lies of neighbors that use UPS and the police to get back at neighbors they don't like ! I HAVE BEGAN TO REQUEST FEDX ,UPS Office in Salisbury is impossible to talk with Rita and the other office staff was very rude to my 70 year old sick wife ! RITA CALLED HER NAMES,THREATENED HER WITH POLICE REPORTS FOR NO REASON THEN HUNG UP ON HER ON THE LIES OF ANOTHER CUSTOMER GENE(TROUBLE MAKER) ! UPS - About to go postal

This has probably been typical of others' experiences, but it is the worst I've ever had w/any company I can think of. Waiting for a 3-day guaranteed shipment to my work. On Wed., tried to get the location changed through their horrible online website to my home address because we knew temps would be near 95 and have un-airconditioned office. Didn't want staff to stick around past noon. Was told it was too late, but I could have packages held at their main delivery site. I agreed to pick up today (Fri) around noon. It is a 20-mile RT, but 2 hours with traffic. They mistakenly only held 1 of 5 packages and put rest on truck. I asked if driver could be contacted to give me an approximation of how long someone would have to stay in hot office. Called me 30 minutes later to say "4 p.m." At 5, I called the horrible CS line to find out what's deal. Told it would be before "end of business." I said it is end of business. Asked them to call local office/driver to determine when I'd get them. Line went dead. Called again, told my story again; on hold 10 min, then told the local office would call me in 10 minutes (now 5:20). I called again at 5:45 and have been transferred twice. Got someone to reach driver who now says "6:15." I say I want to escalate call because the only option they are giving me if they don't show up now is "pick up on Saturday or hope its gets delivered by 8 a.m. training on Monday." Yeah, right. I've now been on hold for 15 more minutes waiting for a supervisor. Driver has 3 minutes before I'm done and they are delivering to my home tomorrow for free. This company SUCKS!

UPS - Wasting a day

Never have a problem with UPS. My problem is pkg. tracking and "delivery by end of day"!!! Most companies now will tell you arrival of morning or afternoon. Some companies will even narrow it down to within a couple of hours. Even the mailman comes the same time each day. If you have to sign for a package you can waste a whole day waiting for UPS to show up. They can come as late as 5, 6, or 7PM in some cases. If you run out to do something and miss them then it starts all over again with waiting for the delivery or going to pick up the package at the UPS location which usually is not near by. They need to come up with a better window prediction or better tracking to know where the truck is with your pkg. so you can estimate an arrival time.

UPS - Driver never rang my door bell

I have been waiting home all day for second delivery for my medication from the VA. I call costumer service for assistance and the driver said he tried three times and I was not home. That is faults. Like I said I have been sitting here all day and all he did was leave a notice. this medication was very important to me and have to do without. I will not come to pick it up in Hartford and I will tell the VA that attempt was not made. All you have to sell is service and this was not done. If you really want to get this POS driver in trouble, request management review the GPS log of the vehicle he was driving that day. It will show the lie fold out and be grounds for his termination.
