UPS - Next Day Air Rip-off

I ordered an item online and selected UPS next day air. The driver never knocked on the door, just left a slip to pick-up at the access point. The Access point never got the package that day. I guess he was too busy to leave the package at the office complex. Day 2..it's Saturday, the access point said the driver will only come on Saturday for special deliveries. like Next Day Air. Since I paid $30 for Next Day Air, I figured he would come today. No. Called UPS customer service. Spoke to Rep named "Carisma," and she actually laughed and chuckled at my experience, and offered me the "option" to have it delivered to the access point on Monday, or left at my door on Monday, because apparently, UPS is closed on Saturday and Sunday. So the only option is Day 4? I requested a refund and asked to speak to her supervisor to report her unprofessional behavior and was left on hold for 30 minutes. Still on hold while I'm typing this review. Don't know how to request a refund. I will never use UPS again in my life, and will encourage people to use a more reliable and forthright service.

Anytime you ship meds you should use a service more reliable than UPS, but if you do use them or FedEx, they should be shipped with insurance that pays out if they don't arrive on time. I always do it that way and have had no issues. The one time I didn't get them on time I was paid from the insurance and used that to pay for the meds I had to get at the doctor.

UPS Claimed to have tried to deliver

I'm waiting now at the 2900 Steele's Ave., West, Concord, Ontario UPS Customer Care Office. I arrived at 9:10Am and it is now 9:45 and still am waiting for my package. This inconvenience due to UPS not delivering last Monday to my home. No sticker left at my door, although their call Centre said they tried and no one was home. I was home all day. Now I have this unpleasant 1970s customer service experience to deal with at their customer care office. UPS, this is poor service. I own a business and will make sure we do not put our customers at risk with your service. Paul L'Heureux Markham, Ontario

UPS - Fraud, Total Fraudulent Company!

I order some replacement home lighting fixtures and needed them right away, so I ordered next day air. I was home waiting 5 feet from my front door and looking out my large opened window to the front of my house when I received a email saying my packages had been delivered. WoW I never saw a faster moving UPS Driver as for one you cannot see. There was no delivery and I did not receive any packages. This is my third issue with UPS and next day air resulting with the same fraudulent statements. "Packages Delivered to Front Door". Upon calling UPS and telling them there is an issue with this driver or drivers and it should go to Management, there answer is "this is a Amazon Problem and I must contact them". Sorry UPS it is not a Amazon Problem and until you realize this Fraudulent Act by your driver it will continue!
