UPS - Expedited delivery Not really

Expedited delivery of material for a time sensitive project. $ 240 extra charge and the delivery does not show up. When speaking to a UPS customer service rep in the Philippines, and expressing my concerns for the problems this will cause my company and the client, the rep has the Audacity to reply " I don't care". The rep " charlie" could not even state when the delivery may happen as the shipping label is illegible. Well your tracking system has the correct address on it, as did his information on the tracking number. Well UPS, or OOPS as you will now be referred too, you have succeeded in our firms new company policy of never shipping or receiving any deliveries from you.

UPS: The Opposite of Customer Centric

UPS was supposed to deliver a package by 3:00 Friday. I met the driver outside my building - live and in person. The package was not on the truck. Driver blamed the loaders and he promised I would get it by 8:00 PM. 20 minutes later UPS emails me "Sorry we missed you. Attempted to deliver. Will try again Monday." So I called UPS. A supervisor called me back and promised Saturday delivery. I was home all day Saturday. No package. Now it's supposed to arrive today (Monday). 5:13 and it's still not here. UPS is not only incompetent, but dishonest. The drivers, reps and supervisors lie. One driver told me the phone reps will tell you anything to get you off the phone.

UPS - The worst service ever!!!!!!!!!!!

The driver lied about delivering my package because I was home all day. He never bothered to knock on the *** door. My mailman found the slip on the gate next door. Then I kept calling for seven whole days and nothing. They kept lying about bringing my packages knowing they were school books. I had to wait in the house everyday waiting and they never showed. As many times as I have ordered things I never had this problem. Customer service is a joke and now I have to find a way to go and get it myself. Worst service ever and I hope people stop using them. I'm pissed and tired!

What a waste of time, ordered a part for my van, waited in all day on Friday for it to be delivered. Called customer services the excuse I got was driver said my home address does not exist. Well I have spoken to the Police and reported my house has been stolen now. So if you see someone with a large trailer with a house on it that will be mine. UPS WAISTE OF TIME !!!!

UPS IS worthless. I have had to cancel multiple orders because they keep coming up with address is incorrect.

They have delivered here at the house in the past, so now all of the sudden I must be on the damn moon. Do they advertise for imbeciles to deliver?

I ordered something from Apple with next day service & was home all day when the item was due to be delivered via UPS. I believe they never came to the house as I kept checking. What I think they wanted to do was put it in one of those lockers that you're supposed to then go pick up, or they have scheduled it for redelivery in three days. I do not blame Apple, I blame UPS and now I know not to order anything and to instead drive to an Apple store and purchase items myself. I have been considering purchasing shares of UPS, and I guess you know I've decided not to.

And I am replying to the above post from April 2017 in October 2018. I have no idea why companies would use UPS and Mail Innovations, especially for small items.

I ordered an item that measures 3" x 5", weighs about 1 lb.

and I have been waiting for it since September 24th and was sitting in the warehouse in my home state for THREE DAYS then was rerouted to another state to go through the USPS service. Ridiculous!!

Simply hold your drivers accountable. There are far too many other union employees that would gladly take their job so they can have every Saturday off in the future.
