UPS in Austin, Texas - PIS POOR Delivery and Customer Service

Details
Paid $75.15 to have 1 lb package delivered expedited next day air. Did not arrive on day schedule before 10:30am as paid and did not arrive the next day as rescheduled by UPS before 10:30 am. at 3pm after waiting for package to arrive. I spoke with customer service and was advised that I was being coordinated and driver and manager would call me to get me my package. After 2 hours with no calls, I used the driver app to locate driver and drove 5 miles to get my package when I advised the driver it was to have been delivered on Monday before 10:30 am and today Tuesday before 10:30am his *** reply was O well. *** poor customer and even worse deliver service. UPS sucks. Not sure why they get paid so much . This is a Job even a *** could do if they had a license as it does not take a rocket scientist to do there jobs . *** my 10 year old Grand son delivers better than UPS does and he only has a bicycle.

these people suck when it comes to delivering on time. several times I've had to call customer service because a driver sent an email stating no one was home to receive the package and no tag was left because they never showed up. those idiots at customer service were no help. they just kelp rescheduling the delivery or told me to pic it up, really?! so the drivers pretty much do what the *** they want and the customer pays the price, literally! somebody should find a way to put ALL these shipping companies out of business! that store on chef in New Orleans East is the worst!

UPS in Portland, Oregon - Broke my item and refuse to replace. No refund either.

They broke the very expensive ( and incredibly durable!) item that I was foolish enough to attempt to ship through their company. They completely removed me from the claims process. They refused to speak to me regarding the claim until after they denied it. They disposed of the damaged portion of the box (which would otherwise be known as evidence) and returned my broken item across the entire country to me in the remnants of the box. They refuse to replace the item. They refuse to refund the shipping and handling charge I paid. I am surprised there is not a class action lawsuit already. I would be willing to sign a petition or whatever the *** needs to be signed to start one. This company is a bunch of crooks.

UPS is a nightmare .....avoid like the plague

I am into imports and committed the mistake of asking the vendor from Europe to send our consignment through any courier ,they sent through UPS and my worst nightmare became true . As I write this ,it has been 60 days and we have yet to receive the consignment and UPS employees have lied on emails to us . All our prospective orders have been cancelled due to the UPS delay . Trust me when I say ,specially entrepreneurs ,I will show proof of how these UPS guys lie and cheat . Never deal with this company ....in fact I had wanted to file a case in consumer court but since I want to resell the hood ,consumers courts so not take such cases. If I could give a minus rating,I would give UPS minus marks .

Horrendous writing style ; I couldn't finish it.

UPS is notorious for busted up packages.

During their strike a few years back, our company used many alternative shipping methods.

The net result was that we never missed UPS, who took on the full name of :

Unnecessary Parcel Service.

Expedited delivery of material for a time sensitive project. $ 240 extra charge and the delivery does not show up. When speaking to a UPS customer service rep in the Philippines, and expressing my concerns for the problems this will cause my company and the client, the rep has the Audacity to reply " I don't care". The rep " charlie" could not even state when the delivery may happen as the shipping label is illegible. Well your tracking system has the correct address on it, as did his information on the tracking number. Well UPS, or OOPS as you will now be referred too, you have succeeded in our firms new company policy of never shipping or receiving any deliveries from you.

UPS: The Opposite of Customer Centric

UPS was supposed to deliver a package by 3:00 Friday. I met the driver outside my building - live and in person. The package was not on the truck. Driver blamed the loaders and he promised I would get it by 8:00 PM. 20 minutes later UPS emails me "Sorry we missed you. Attempted to deliver. Will try again Monday." So I called UPS. A supervisor called me back and promised Saturday delivery. I was home all day Saturday. No package. Now it's supposed to arrive today (Monday). 5:13 and it's still not here. UPS is not only incompetent, but dishonest. The drivers, reps and supervisors lie. One driver told me the phone reps will tell you anything to get you off the phone.
