I so irritated that this company has tracking numbers but thier system can't deliver adiquate updates so that I have to spend *** day into the evening at home waiting.

Still do not have a birth certificate. Both vitalcheck and ups made offers to resolve the issue but both have failed to deliver.
This complaint is not just about ups, the brunt of it has shifted back to vitalcheck. The online company that steps in between the customer and whatever facility they are trying to obtain a document from and charge an exorbitant amount of money for public documents.
They are the ones that utilizes ups so conveniently for them they just point the finger at each other so no one is held responsible.
How these people can sleep a single wink is beyond comprehension. I did not get the service I paid for but they will give no discount or refund.
