UPS in Newnan, Georgia - The worst experience ever in shipping

My daughter is in college about four hours away. Her phone was broken so she needed a new phone as soon as possible. We went to the UPS store in Bullsboro Drive, Newnan, 30265 to have a phone shipped as soon possible. We went on Saturday September 23, 2017 and shipped the phone from the UPS store. When we could not find the phone by tracking, we went back to the store for inquiry. The store manager told us that it was shipped on Wednesday September 27, 2017. This is not the reason why we went to UPS to have it just sit there for four days. We could of have gone to the regular Post office. When we told the Lady manager about this, she got angry and started to use nasty language at us. I called UPS corporate office about this but they kept on giving us a different phone number to call every time.

UPS - Cannot get a reputable customer care person on 800 numbers

im still waiting on imformation a package coming from target was sent ups ups sent package pkg to ups mail innovations from there it still sets in bensonville ,ill it was transferred to bensonville ups mail innovation from target to ups then to innovations and there it sits for five days now tracking is dead for number 9274896343848991614823 I had a total five orders coming from this shipper try to get them to up date stuff is a nightmare. I had two orders go to what they shipped to non location yep what it said they don't update with target either if I go to trac my pks at it says no available imformation available on target once it gets to innovation . well you might have a easy holliday season I expect pissed off customers to not order online if you use this method of shipping totaly not impressed . I tried calling the 800 the man couldn't hardly speak English asked where he was he said guatamala and that person couldn't help me at all. I wasn't rude .but I was pissed off im here in the usa I just said thank you and goodbye . I figured out then and forever ups sucks.my order was going to Aberdeen Washington to Karen

RE shipment sent to Mexico for earthquake relief on the 26th of September 2017, I would like to say that the employee I dealth was very polite, helpful and patient. Ronny (that's his name) helped with the packing of the goods and explained nicely that all items had to be checked. In addition, he kindly waited after the deadline as I didn't have all the information required at first. The day before, I dealt with another employee who was also kind and helpful. As the quote on line didn't match the one he was giving me, he explained that it had to do with the dimensions of the package. Thank you, Ronny and his colleague who was at the office the previous day. Name and address supplied.

UPS in Mississauga, Ontario - MyChoice Worthless

Now I've had several UPS drivers tell me for awhile now they don't have access to My Choice which has my bldg security access code BUT when a UPS driver let a stranger sign for my Verizon pkg at the same time a condo was being robbed NOW IM MAD(ironic driver has disappeared since I filed complaint)!! Then UPS supervisor calls and tells me to knock on neighbors doors to find my pkg. I've NEVER LET ANYONE SIGN FOR MY PKGS!!!!! Then yesterday I waited around all day for a delivery by 5 15, UPS cust serv said 7pm was cut off GUESS WHO RANG CONDO AT 8 30pm WHILE I WAS IN SHOWER?!?! Yes the driver then tag says Latin Market access point. I don't think so. I told UPS BRING IT BACK!!!! I try not to use online biz that use UPS. I'm back to shopping in stores or STORE PICK UP. I was on vacation recently came back to several Fedex tags. Had it delivered to Fedex store got it no issues!!

UPS in New York, New York - 1st attempt made

UPS made 1 attempt to deliver a package to my address and I got a notice stuck on my door that it was being sent to a UPS Access Point (not my address). Why was not a second attempt made (as is an option on the notice) or even a final attempt. The driver got lazy and just sent it off to one of the the UPS access points. When I called cust service to have it sent back to my address I was told they don't do that I would have to pick it up. I am an elderly citizen who has trouble walking never mind carrying a box. This company's service sucks and so do their drivers

UPS in Butte, Montana Province - Nightmarish

Last week I had a package sent to me that wound up being rather large and unwieldy. The vendor must have had difficulty finding a size box that fit the package so they went with a large box. I checked tracking on my computer and was told it was delivered. But I had been looking out my front door and saw nothing. Went to my back door-nothing. So I went out in the rain storm and found the package getting soaked (me too) at an obscure door that I don't even have a key to. At this point I should say I am a disabled, 65 year old tiny woman. I struggled to move the box onto my back porch, up the stairs and into the house as I was getting drenched. I was baffled by the strange occurrence so I called UPS and was told I could solve all future difficulties by using UPS My Choice. So I tried for a week to get onto the site and was told they were having online difficulties. So yesterday I tried again with their tech dept. to get my directions to properly associate w/my deliveries. Tech was having difficulties so he asked if he could take over my session. After a while he realized that the fact I have 2 last names separated by a slash was the culprit. So he deleted the last name that I use most (w/out asking) and clicked Next. He didn't know what to do to ameliorate the problem and I couldn't stop him in time. I begged customer svc. to straighten the complication out but we were closed out of my acct. due to attempts to log in too many times. This has taken hours and has frustrated me to no end. I have a heavy package coming and am not certain what to do other than pray.

Details
Raelene delivered my power washer today (9/18/17). It was very heavy and awkward to move. Using a hand truck, Raelene delivered the heavy box all the way down my gravel driveway, into my back yard. She had a great attitude and went far and above just "delivering". And she took a moment to give all my dogs some love. Even my fearful, previously abused pit bull loved her! She is a great ambassador for your company and a wonderful worker. Her social skills are impeccable. Please tell her how much I appreciate her can-do attitude and friendly manner. Thank you, Raelene. We all hope to see you again.

UPS - Horrible

This is the most inefficient company. They have lost my document with a legal document in it. Everyt ime I call they say there is an investigation under way. their customer service sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! their tracking system is inefficient.. I called and they keep telling me that the package is no where to be found. It sucks for me as I have to provide all the paperwork again. and do this again. Their customer service is horrible and can't help. No phone call back . This is really bad and I will never use them again. They are really really bad and unhelpful. avoid them at all cost.

UPS - Packages not delivered to the correct address.

I have contacted them and discovered that UPS is outsourcing customer issues to Guatemala. UPS used to be the all-American company, but not any more. I respect people who speak more than one language, but want to speak to someone in the U.S. about my packages. The phone menu is long and the problem was lost in all four conversations I had with the UPS agents. UPS officially sucks. I don't want to enter any more words, despite what this box requires. Incompetent staff, not giving appropriate information, they ignore what you say about delivery time. Customer service told me ups was going to call me to let me know about arrangement to deliver my package from Europe on Saturday. They called me, gave me a phone number to call on Saturday. I tested the #today, someone picked up and hung up on me, I called back, no answer... then I was cold it could not be delivered on Saturday. They charge $6 so I can pick up my package at a ups store...this after spending 2 hours on the phone. never got to talk to a supervisor. Too busy. What a surprise. Ups should take an example from FedEx, pickup at FedEx locations free of charge! I will never purchase from a store that uses ups for shipping!
