UPS - STOLEN MERCHANDISE

THE END OF SEPTEMBER, I SENT MY SON A BOX CONTAINING HIS WINTER COASTS FROM NEW JERSEY TO COLORADO.. THE BOX LEFT NEW JERSEY AT 60LBS, WHEN IT ARRIVED IN COLORADO THE BOX WAS APPROXIMATELY 40LBS. THE BOX WAS OPENED AND A BAG FILLED WITH MY SONS COATS WAS MISSING. I CONTACTED UPS AND WAS TOLD THE BOX WE USED TO SHIP HIS ITEMS WAS NOT ADEQUATE FOR THE WEIGHT LIMIT. I TOOK PICTURES OF THE BOX WHICH IN FACT WAS ADEQUATE AT MAX CAPACITY 110LBS.. I FAXED OVER A LIST OF THE MISSING ITEMS WHICH TOTAL APPROXIMATELY $1020.00 I WAS TOLD BY UPS I SHOULD BE RECEIVING 100.00 FOR MY MISSING BAG..THE BOX WAS SEALED PROPERLY.. THERE WAS NO WAY IN *** ITEMS WOULD HAVE FALLING OUT OF THE BOX !! UNLESS IT WAS OPENED AND REMOVED.. THIS IS A DISGRACE! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERV..

UPS van left a infonotice for non-delivery of a 'surprise gift' package. On my personal approach at delivery centre next working day, the package wasnot traceable.

Agent at the Delivery centre did not register a request to register to deliver the parcel to the orignal address on next working day, and advised to register at 1-800. Customer care rep Allen (PZB1EJZ) washighly uncooperative and not prepared to listen to anything but advised to contact the shipper to register a complaint for non delivery. Whereas I wa only requesting her to revert to the original delivey address since it was not convenient for me to go to their Delivery location every day and check the status and take delivery. Are the packages are so frequently misplaced in UPS ? Despite long waiting on the phone calls, does the customer care staff does not listen to the cusomters' slight requests of reverting back to the original delivery adress ?

I recently shipped with UPS only to have Package Damaged . Now even with insurance they will not pay for the damaged goods. how ever I received this same package from FEDEX undamaged then shipped it with UPS and this is I am told to be my fault the package was not able to support weight , while still being in the original manufacturers box with all package contents. I think they should be held responsible and refund me the cost to replace the damaged goods. and if any ships out packages with UPS be very careful this could happen to you this Holiday Season. when you ship with UPS

UPS - Run around and nothing but lies

They say they delivered my parcel to another address near me 2km. They told me it was picked up from there. Everyday they tell me they will be delivering it to me by the end of day. Of Course the end of day, comes and they have not delivered it. They will not give me a new re-delivery track #. They keep lying telling me, it's in Concord, no it's in Brampton, no it's on the deliver truck. Everyday the same story. They say they contact the delivery person, but he can't check to see if the parcel is on his truck. They tell me the delivery person has a helper, he might have it but there is no way of contacting him. They tell me no, they do not have the parcels listed or have anyway of tracking, until it has been delivered. These people are not nice people, obviously not considerate people. You know they are lying, and they know you know. They just don't care. The service industry in Canada is failing because of these people. All the above applies to the way Canada post does business also.

UPS Scam of the Century

I shipped two sport coats overnight. Expensive sport coats. We filled out the insurance form and away they went in the truck. Well when someone at UPS steals your merchandise they call it lost. It was in the plant in California and got 'lost'. I spent the next 6 months fighting with them to pay me the $1500 i paid for the two coats. They claimed my insurance wasn't properly filed. There Stupid *** employee at the UPS store filled out the form and I paid $26 for it. So then they said the coats were not worth $1500, and this will make you laugh they offered me $100 and actually sent me a check. I wrote **** *** on the check and sent it back to them. Last communication i had they said 'sue us'. This is the third time i have had a significant problem with UPS.

UPS in Chantilly, Virginia - Damaged electronic equipment

UPS Truck driver mishandled a small crate with rental electronic equipment. Last 2 times parts inside the equipment were completely dislodge which can only be caused by multiple tremendous impacts. I understand why now after seeing the UPS drive handle the crate by rolling it end over end and letting it slam onto the ground even thought the crate has carrying handle on top of the small crate and I tried to helped him load it. The rental equipment is inside a totally enclosed small crate lined with 2 to 3 inches of foam. The company ships this same equipment all over the USA without issues except for the last 2 times it was shipped to me. Now I know why. I even tried explaining this to the driver but he did not even pretend to be concerned. If all employees of UPS have this same blatant absence of pride in their work the company might as well shut down now.

i agree i think its on the company mostly they hire few drivers and increase the work load, so everytime a lazy driver does not leave the truck he saves a few minutes. this happens to me so often.

i live in an apartment and one thing i know is the unit number should be included in the address 119- 75 XXXX st. from that you know its unit 119. however, often delivery drivers dont like apartment buildings. so every single time i order something, they come to the house and say the address is incorrect.

once i was waiting for a new phone to be delivered, i check the tracking number and it said pending and 2 minutes later it said sorry we missed you, i ran up to the lobby the ups driver was parked outside sitting in his truck closing the tabs, i asked him why didnt you go inside? he said nothing.

i would have missed a whole days of work to go pick it up. it is ridiculous and not fair to consumers

UPS - I do too many deliveries per day, sorry I made a mistake

Packages not delivered...2:30PM Friday called UPS - routed to call center in the Philippines... opened a ticket...notified UPS driver, pkgs not received (Friday). 5:30PM Friday, Received call from Ups in USA (John in training)...the driver contacted by (Jen) dispatch, he admitted he delivered them to the wrong address. "I deliver 150 pkgs per day, I make mistakes" I asked UPS to go collect them immediately, "no driver in the area to pick them up". 2 Philippines...calls later, Friday 10:30PM UPS USA sent a driver to area. Per dispatch, the driver was told, by the people he left the pkgs with, "We saw pkgs, but we don't have them." I was told to open an investigation. Monday, AM&PM Philippines, they can not open a investigation ticket. Tuesday, 2 calls in AM, Philippines, they can not open a ticket. Tuesday PM, Philippines, opened ticket!! Wednesday, email notification packages were delivered to correct address. NOT...called back Philippines...reopened investigation ticket...Thursday email notification packages were delivered to correct address. NOT...called back Philippines...reopened investigation ticket...Friday, Asked for update, no response from UPS. Is UPS working their employees too hard? Or am I expecting a level of service UPS is unable to provide?
