UPS in Lakewood Township, New Jersey - Lost shipment

A shipment was sent from NJ to Florida. It was lost and by their own omission it went to their lost warehouse in Georgia which is in such a mess no one can find anything anyway. They kept billing us for the shipment and they kept asking for documentation which we provided. They kept asking for the shipment number which we did have. But they had to give us a new tracking number because they lost our package!!!! Since the person who shipped it from NJ to Florida couldn't find her order for the shipment they offered us $100 (worth over $700) but that was partly our fault because the person who shipped for us should have kept the ticket. However since then we have had to deal with rude people and as of today they don't want to pay us anything and to add insult to injury they want us to pay for the shipping for the package they lost! I will never deal with them again.

UPS Failed Delivery Attempt (Failed to even drive down my street)

Stayed home waiting for a package for my daughter to arrive. Kept checking the porch and UPS website (because she is so excited). Then a little after 7pm I checked the UPS site, and WTF!!! Did I miss it? UPS said, "The receiver was not available at the time of the first delivery attempt. A second attempt will be made." @ 6:45PM Wait... How could we have missed them? I'm literally 15' from the door and didn't hear anything. So I play back the surveillance cameras..... Nope. No deliveries at 6:45PM (or ever) for fun I scanned an hour before and after, nothing only two cars even drove down my street (one was my wife). Such a bummer when they lie. I get it, the delivery person wanted to go home early, or whatever, but why lie and say they tried to deliver?

UPS - Delayed Delivery

UPS is now en route with our package for the 3rd time. The delivery person was not available for the 2nd delivery attempt that they had to postpone delivery. We had to cancel a meeting and wait for the shipment to arrive when we were expecting nobody. Would have been nice for the UPs to inform us when I called around 8 in the evening if the delivery has been postponed. Because when I called, Customer Service told me that the delivery is in transit? Now Im on the phone with Adrian and was told that someone will call me within an hour. Would appreciate a speed and reliable shipping company other than UPS

I had a package shipped to me from a store. I have been following the tracking and somehow it suddenly stopped updating. I called to find out where my package is since it was supposed to have been delivered and the rest of my order was delivered last week. I spoke with someone that told me repeatedly that they could not tell me where my package is. They will only speak with the shipper. They admitted that they may have lost the package (those are some BIG, scary trucks), but they cannot tell me that because I didn't ship the package to myself. The lady repeated that I had to contact the seller (I spoke with them first before calling UPS) and they would only answer that person's questions. It's MY package and YOU lost it. Learn something about customer service and tell the customer what you did with her packages.

UPS - Damaged contents

Shipped expensive Christmas china meticulously packed, double bubble wrapped, shipping peanuts and Styrofoam. 2 items damaged. Countless calls and e mails to UPS get no results but a run around, conflicting stories, claim check supposed to be on the way. 10 days and it still is not here. Very rude customer service, will not ship UPS again. This was a $189 dollars of postage and insurance. Forget it, I probably will never see the check. Have written a letter to corporate headquarters in Georgia, probably a waste but made me feel better. There are other delivery options which I will use in the future.

On consecutive days I received e-mail telling me my package would be delivered the next day. The package did not show on any day promised and still do not have it. When I contacted UPS they could not/would not explain the delay and made no commitment to get me the package on a timely basis--they would "try" next week. So, I was lied to repeatedly and service was not provided. The online agent took no responsibility for the problem and refused to do anything to help resolve the problems. The comment was that the issue was out of their hands though apparently the package is in their possession.

UPS in Trenton, New Jersey - So sad

I purchased 3 portable fans for my family in tv Puerto Rico under the difficult situation they are in. my purchase price $900 and weighing 16lbs. each only to be charged $770 via ups ground with no guarantees. Way to help our fellow citizens when they're down.

Drivers lied and said attempted to deliver my package but never showed up. I was home all day this has happened several times with ups and never will I do business with them again if I can help it.

My latest is that I have Yet another reason why I Did not receive package when I was not thee and never informed when it would Be delivered . I have a delivery notice Saying in meter box and have no idea what that means and UPS has no idea what it means either although their delivery guy put this note on My door???!!?

UPS said my address does not exist but delivered yesterday.

3 packages addressed identically with the correct address, one delivered on tuesday fine..wednesdays package marked undeliverable, address does not exist, thursdays packaged delivered. Driver must have been behind schedule......Then UPS lost the package.....Then I was told by 1800 to go to local center to pick up package....then the local center called me to say don't come because they are closed between 12 noon and 7 pm. Then they said okay come on.....then upon arrival the guard told me I was not allowed in so I left and then I received another phone call that they were waiting on me. I went back and at this point I was NOT happy......Then the woman was rude as if I had caused all of this because my address was wrong...BTW the package was addressed correctly.
