UPS - Damaged package

First time they delivered, I got no issue. Second time, they claimed my address was not existing, which is an excuse I've never heard from anyone else in 30 years. I complained to UPS and they changed their version by claiming they found my address but go no answer from the door, so they returned it to their stock and then they asked me to go pick it up and asked for a 40$ fee. Third time, they delivered the package with two big holes in the package and it was also crushed, as if their employees played soccer with the package. The delivery man refused to sign a paper admitting it was damaged.

UPS Poor Choice for Northen Ontario

Gap and Old Navy Canada have switched from Canada Post to UPS Canada for deliveries. My order was delivered by UPS in 2 parts. This first was in a cardboard box that was left on the front patio in a mix of snow and rain. By the time I found it, the box was soaked through and the contents were wet. The second parcel was delivered to the wrong address - a cottage that had been unoccupied and for sale for the last 3 years. How a driver could make that kind of mistake is beyond me. Paid UPS 4097 to pack up bottles- destroyed items!

I won several antique perfume bottles at auction. Paid UPS store 4097 to pick up, pack and ship bottles. They used clear packing tape all around the antique paper labels. This tape also didn’t prevent the rare perfume from leaking all over. So it was a total loss. They packed it, ruined my items, and are refusing to refund me or even file a claim. Also WONT FOLLOW UP!!!

UPS can not even ring a Street sign and say they tried to deliver a parcel when they did not. I rang and they would not help worse than yodell The big brown van looks like their service Would not have bought goods if I knew they were involved.

My business is books printing and authors. We ordered books to be delivered to our VIP customer for a book signing. The venue was booked along with support acts and staff, at a very high cost. We were assured the parcel of books would be tracked . We arranged staff to collect at delivery address. The work had been given to a UPS sub contractor who said the parcel could not be delivered at 12.02. cctv footage and my staff show no sign of the delivery vehicle no card was left to indicate they had been. Contacting customer service we were told the good were back at the depot we could arrange collection that evening between 6 and 8 pm or the following morning between 9.am and 12.30. When the team were sent across London the next day they were told the good were security locked in the UPS van and could not be delivered for 2 days. We explained the urgency of the situation and the cost of cancelling the venue and after much pleading the van was opened and the goods were not on board, We were told they must have been set aside in the warehouse for collection but no one knew where until Monday. pkg ref 1ZAV98386841162176 telephone 02079490190 ups staff Jellie and Diane plus Dartford warehouse manager you let your company and my company down. UPS - Drops packages next to trees in woods

Won't even drive down my drive way to drop my packages. Leaves them next to trees in the woods. I have a nice gravel drive. No excuse for not delivering at my house. This has happened three times this year. Wasn't even notified package had been delivered. This is very poor service. I would never consider them as an option to ship my items. I would hate to get a bad rap as a seller because of the poor service of UPS. Fed-X always drops packages at my home. Would not recommend UPS. If the drivers are scared to drive down drive ways maybe the should deliver earlier or consider another line of work.

Email received indicating delivery during a 4-hour window requiring signature. Wife and I took turns waiting. No attempt made. Email update says delivery attempted after the window and we weren’t home. Big LIE. We have cameras - no truck even on our street. Lazy driver didn’t want to finish his job. Slackers.

My flexibility exploited by ups

I placed a Amazon order and selected no rush delivery option nevertheless a delivery date of 7th November was given that delivery date suited me fine. Delivery date came and I checked to see if ups had confirmed they would be delivering on the date given only to find they had added a further 9 days to go before delivering What a absolute cheek to do this. Having waited 4 days already I needed my stuff so ordered again and selected next day delivery order was delivered on time by amazon. I guess bottom line here is if delivery is by ups don't select no rush option they'll just exploit it to their advantage

This was poor customer service to the fullest. I went to the UPS Store on Colerain, store #0852 to ship an item.IThe store clerk claimed she could not ship it because she did not have a box big enough. I asked if there was another UPS store I could go to and she said yes at Tri County Mall on route 747 Cincinnati, Ohio. I asked if she could call and see if they would have a box big enough to ship my item and she claimed she did not know the phone number and that her computer did not have internet. I looked up the information online and called Store #3336, where I was told they could accommodate my request. I took my item to store #3336 and they were very polite and helpful. My item is now on its way.
