UPS Delivery people lie

UPS has several times delivered items that require signatures such as medications I take for Chemotherapy side effects that are temperature sensitive. This time they left a note on the door that they had rung my doorbell and no answer. The notice was stuck on the door (which incidentally does not have a door bell) next to the post-it note asking that they call me with my phone number as I will be working in the back of the apt, and cannot hear them if they knock. While Fed Ex, a couple UPS drivers, have done that a few times when they actually did obtain rather than forge my signature, this time they did not. So 5000.00 worth of meds that need to be refrigerated were sent back to their warehouse to wait three days and possibly be exposed to heat, as we had a hot patch this weekend in L.A. Earlier the same day USPS did call me for a signature required package, so I'm not sure if it's that UPS hires illiterate folks or what the issue is. Two weeks ago when I was in the hospital, I had them deliver to a UPS Store as I would not be home. The issue with these idiots in that case was they posted the wrong UPS Store address in the email and website. I had to drive around to four local UPS Stores in addition to the wrong addressed store, before I found the package. Over priced, and undependable.

We got in contact with some of the corporate managers which were very helpful and sympathetic to our case. They cleared everything up, got our packages delivered quickly, and compensated us for the time and frustration we went through trying to getbthis matter resolved.

UPS - Terrible Policies

Received a message asking for brokerage info, which the seller had not informed me I would have to pay. They requested an e-mail. I asked how I could provide it since I didn't know I had to deal with brokerage and asked their rates and where my package was being held should I choose to pick it up to avoid brokerage. They responded telling me they can do brokerage for me. I asked again how much it would cost. They responded with "would you like an invoice?" I said yes. They didn't respond for 2 days. I ask for info as to where its being held so I can pick it up. They e-mail me their phone number, I call them, they wouldn't tell me where it's being held just the COD cost. I okay'ed them to broker it for me, I'm 2hrs from the border, meaning they had already done it and were going to charge me for it anyways. I At this point my package, had been delayed 1 week. They brought it by for delivery 1hr after I called, and I wasn't home. I drove to the ups store they say they won't have it until I pay for it (on the phone they told me not to pay over the phone otherwise I'll get double charged). The notice of attempted delivery states nothing about the next attempted delivery and my tracking number shows no results online, so I can't attempt to schedule a delivery.

UPS refused to deliver my package for their mistake, my package was not left by the door like they always do, they didn’t leave it and left a notice instead for me to pick it up at the petro location here in Beaumont Tx I went and open the locker and got the wrong package, I called and they told they would find my package and they came next day and picked up the wrong package I had picked up, I called the very next day and I was told they got my package and they would deliver that day, they didn’t I keep calling and they keep saying “it’s on it’s way” I called 30 min before 8pm and I am told that the package it’s in another location and I need to pick it up, I told them “you made the mistake, you put it in the wrong locker, it’s your turn to make it whright and bring my package “ and they refused!!! I am so frustrated and disappointed of your service

call Ups and told a guy that I only received one of two packages from Filter Fast. I have done business with this company before. I was certain that I would receive two packages because of the size of one of the filters. the Ups guy said that I received my delivery, not to mention that I should have to received two packages. Upon opening the one lone package, I knew that there was only one order shipped. I have had numerous packages delivered by Ups to wrong houses. Ups has done me no favors on there deliveries. I am know going to the local Ups and have my deliveries pick-ed up by myself

UPS - Terrible website

I have been trying to track a package on my phone and laptop on the ups website. This website is full of useless advertising services. I spend almost an hour trying to get a simple tracking status and were not were able to get the information I need it. It just keep asking to sign in and log in to some services that not even work and showing more advertising. I really Hate it, and made me hate UPS. Next time will try to find a different carrier. You should fire the company that developed that website... it will cost you a lot of customers...

[EVERYTIME I AM TO RECEIVE AN ENVELOPE SUCH AS A CREDIT CARD REPLACEMENT. THE DRIVER DOES NOT DELIVER ABD JUST PUTS DOWN PERSON NOT AT HOME. BS I AM HOME WAITING . THE DRIVERS HAS THE GATE CODE AND KEY. DRIVER DOES NOT EVEN GET OUT OF THE TRUCK AMND US THE KEY OR GATE CODE TO LOCK BOX. EL CENTRO UPS DRIVERS ARE JUST LAZY AND DO NOT CARE. THEY SHPOULD BE FIRED . I HAVE MADE MANY COMPLAINTS AGAINST THE UPS HERE IN EL CENTRO , CA 92243 TO SUPERVISORS .SERVICE DOES NOT GET BETTER.I HAVE NO CONTROL WHAT COMPANY IS SELECTED TO TRANSPORT SAID ENVELOPE. ONE TIME IT WAS AN OVERNIGHT ENVELOPE AND TOOK 4 DAYS TO RECEIVE THE ENVELOPE. IF THE SO CALL SUPERVISORS CAN NOT FIX THE FIX THE PROBLEM THEY SHOULD BE FIRED. ALONG WITH THE LAZY DRIVERS.

UPS sucks

Every single time i order something off amazon and it happens to be UPS delivering my items, its always late. ALWAYS!! And it seems to be because they just don't care. I will track the package and see it made it all the way to a warehouse in my area, and then just sits in the warehouse for a couple days before being delivered, so instead of being the 2 days i requested with my amazon prime, or the 5-8 business days that i requested when im too cheap to pay for prime, it takes twice that. i once had a package that was supposed to be 2 day delivery and it took 2 weeks. its gotten to a point where i expect my packages to be late when i know UPS is delivering them. seriously theyre the worst delivery service i know of.

My package was received on nov 6 to a ups facility however on nov14 my package was still sitting at the same location, no updates on my package i called customer servive they were not help at all they wouldn't let me pick up my package they said if i wanted my packageto br deliver by UPS i had to pay extra. Wtf they admitted it was their bad for still having my package but yet t bey didn't do nothing to fix it. They had the guts to ask for me to pay when it was their mistake. This is so unprofessional. It was by far the WORST service ever. So unhappy with their service they basically can just hold ykur package kust because eitj no reason or explanation not willung to fix their mistakes but yet just worry about making more money. UPS JAS TBE WORST WORST SERVICE

UPS. Never received package that was needed to finish a job

We were to receive a package that was needed to finish a job that our customer was to receive the following day. At five we still did not receive the package. We called ups and they said the driver tried to deliver at 4 and 4:30 and that he even tried the back door.. we dont have a back door !! Now we have to drive 50 kilometres to the ups to pick up the much-needed parcel. UPS not at all reliable. This is not the first time they did not deliver, but it is the first time we are finally complaining. We will advise all our vendors not to send anything to us by UPS.
