Upset and annoyed!!!!

I’m very upset with ups service. I sat home all day rearranged my plans because I was informed my package was to be delivered today between 9am and 1pm. One pm passed and still no package. Now my plans for tomorrow is going to be affected again because less than a hour ago I was informed my package won’t arrive until tomorrow. This is not fair or right,and this is not the first time ups as done this to me. I’ve placed orders before and my packages were delivered through fedx and usps and not once was I in such mess. I wish there was a way to choose the shipping company when I want my packages delivered,because ups doesn’t care about their customers at all!

I ordered a pair of shoes UPS drop them off on Monday 11/27/17 on 11/27/17 I paid for UPS to come back and pick the shoes up to send back to the vendor bcuz they was the wrong size on 11/29/17 the package was back at my house I called UPS&ask why was the package back at my house as we verify it had the CORRECT RETURN LABEL on the box the REP then ask me would I drive to NEW ORLEANS to drop the package off at the UPS mind u I live in *** Lake Charles LA are u *** serious then she stated someone would be there the next day to get the package now its 12/02/17 and the package is still at my {{redacted}} house after I paid the {{redacted}} to *** pick it up I called dem everyday excuses excuses excuses excuses lies lies lies lies then have the audacity to leave me on hold and NEVER come back to the phone refuse to let me to speak to a SUP I WILL NEVER in LIFE do business with UPS {{redacted}}

I saw the UPS truck and ran outside to give the driver a small package. Driver said he cannot pick up as he is only doing drop offs. How lazy. FedEx next time. UPS needs new drivers.

UPS - Worst company ever!!!!!!

I ordered something with a delivery of 11/30/2017 by end of day. That day it went from Shrewsbury MA to Chelmsford MA (right by our house on the way) and was never delivered. It has been sitting in the Chelmsford facility for 2 days now with 3 "scanned for deliver" marks on the updates and says it will be delivered by end of day today, but has not been put on a truck... WTF!!!!! Ordered something Fromm Amazon with 2 days (FEDEX) and it arrived on time. UPS is the worst company ever!!!!!!!{{redacted}}

Now a few weeks later I ordered from amazon who uses UPS and my package goes missing in the mail. Now I don't want to order anything from companies that use UPS to ship. Twice in a month my order has been screwed up. Lesson learned don't *** off UPS.

UPS - WORST SERVICE EVER

UPS is the WORST service I have ever ever received from anyone or anywhere! 90% of my packages shipped through there have not arrived and have been guaranteed deliveries! They have all had insurance and tell me they will refund the shipping but in the meantime I have to refund my customers hundreds of dollars for orders since these are very time sensitive deliveries for parties, weddings and events. Once the event is past the orders are no good!! I have spoken to well over 20 supervisers and everyone has assured me they would get back with me and not 1 single person has called me back EVER!! Its the worat service ever and I have lost several customers over using this service! Stay as far away from UPS as you can if your needing your packages to actually arrive when they are supposed too!

UPS - 3 day select my ***

3 day select should be called "3 to 10 days slow as *** select" I bought from my vendor on the 11/27/17, UPS had a tracking number for me by the 11/28/17. It's now the 12/2/17. Yesterday my package delivery date was pushed to Monday 12/5/17 and today it was pushed again to 12/6/17. If it actually makes it here by then it will be UPS 9 day select. UPS, don't *** call it 3-day select if you can't get it here in 3 days. Call it *** 5 day select or 10 day select or what the *** ever. At least then I know what I'm getting. Stop lying to people you worthless piece of *** *** bag of a company. Your way over priced, the last time I went to a UPS store to mail something it cost me $45.00 to mail an mp3 player. I'm not doing business with you any more and I won't shop with anyone that ships to me via you. *** you, *** you, and in case you didn't read the first to time *** YOU UPS.

UPS - Packages will usually get there eventually but rarely ever on time

We have always had trouble with UPS. It's almost always slow and very inconsistant due to poor management at every level. We've had pakages delivered beyond the guaranteed delivery date (even despite paying extra for expedited delivery), packages being on the truck and out for delivery only to be not delivered that day for up to three days in a row (We had to go and pick it up ourselves at least once because they weren't delivering it even though it kept going out on the truck), pakages with changing delivery dates, ignoring changed delivery dates, 'we missed you' notes despite not needing a signature or someone present, etc. But today I'm here to complain about our most recent experience. We ordered something last week and it was shipped that Friday with a delivery date of the next Friday (Today, Dec 1, 2017). That delivery date stayed unchanged until today. The package made it to Portland yesterday and the only consistant thing about UPS is that our packages always go out for delivery the day after making it to Portland. It left Portland this morning, still on time, but then returned to Portland four and a half hours later with a rescheduled delivery on Monday. I chatted with customer support which was of no use. I told her everything and the best she could come up with was to keep checking and contact them when it leaves Portland AGAIN to arrange for local pickup over the weekend which is a very long shot. I asked if there was any way to get it delivered Saturday to which she replied that they didn't have Saturday delivery or pickup. I then pointed out that yes, they do indeed have Saturday delivery and gave her a link to the UPS site that confirmed it. She then admitted that they do have Saturday delivery and claimed that they can't do it now, the sender would have had to add it. I've had several packages delivered on Saturday in the past that weren't specifically shipped with weekend delivery so that's just BS as well. This wouldn't be a huge issue if it had happened earlier in the week but now we're looking at a 3 day delay because of a last minute screwup on their part and they have nothing in place to make it right. The weekend was planned around this package being here today as UPS has said it would be from the start. We've already been waiting 9 days since ordering (2 days before pick up for shipping + 7 days shipping (including the weekend)) and now they're tacking on 33% more time because they screwed up. If I had the choice then I'd never use UPS but they have a monopoly on merchant shipping despite cheaper, better options so I'm screwed 99% of the time.

UPS - *** Poor

I ordered an item from an online retailer who shipped the package UPS ground. It was originally scheduled for delivery on Thursday and since I knew I would not be home on Monday I changed the delivery address to one of my neighbors and receive an email confirming my request. Due to some "technical issue" the package could not find its way out of Massachusetts until today. I arrived home this evening to find a "Sorry we missed you" sticker on my mailbox and a check in the box saying "they will try again next delivery day your action is required". What action would that be? This is the second time the change of delivery has been totally ignored. Then there is the part about they will not deliver until the next business day which may or may not be Monday. What a bunch of ***.
