UPS - HORRIBLE NEVER AGAIN

It's been 4 days and my overnight package has not been delivered yet. I have been on the phone non-stop with UPS. All generic answer. If you need good customer service you need to be a big box business owner that UPS makes money from. I have even tried online chatting and e-mail leadership team at UPS. Event the ups store tell me that corporate pleases business people and not individual home owners. UPS LIKES BIG COMPANIES LIKE AMAZON AND WALMART WHERE THEY MAKE MOST MONEY FROM. Individual home owners find another company. HELP ME Spread the word that individual home owners should not use UPS.

They dont give a crap about there cust. . Have pkg. they say they delivered and they havent. Say they leave them at front door. They cant unless they hop overa gate get past 2 bad dogs. They say they cant find me.Have 4 spots visable with house numbers . Its excuse after excuse. Done with them.

UPS - Delivered to wrong address, Next Day shipping took a week

I am LIVID with UPS. I ordered branding stickers for my graphic design graduation portfolio show, paid for Next Day shipping which was supposed to come that Thursday. Thursday came and went, UPS updated shipping information saying something about a late flight, then claimed it would come on Friday. On Friday, it was "Out for Delivery" all day but never came, then the information was changed to "In Transit" around 9pm that day. I called them to find out what was going on and they claimed that it's "their busy season" and that my package never even made it on the truck. They told me that now I'll have to wait until Monday to get my package, which I was supposed to receive on THURSDAY. I wanted those stickers to turn in with my final project Monday morning. So Monday night, I get home from work and see a notification saying that my package was delivered to my front porch at 10:20AM that morning... except there is NO PACKAGE anywhere on my porch or on my property. I call UPS and they say they'll have to talk to their driver and see what happened. They call back TODAY and say that their driver delivered it to the wrong house (my next door neighbors) and act like it's no big deal, as if they haven't messed up over and over again. I request that they send a truck and a driver to retrieve my package from the neighbor's. Nothing happens, so I go ask my neighbor and they claim they never got any packages. So long story short, UPS delayed my NEXT DAY AIR RUSH shipping package by 4 days, then delivered it to the wrong address and my neighbors have now stolen my package. I will never go with UPS EVER EVER EVER AGAIN after this awful experience. Their customer service is absolute *** and it's on the customer to deal with their mistakes. *** this company!

Horrible customer drive at both the USP access point and over the telephone. Driver held my package in his vehicle for over 24hours. I am not impressed. This is why UPS has 1/10 ratings on google and yelp. Horrible customer service. I didn't receive any email from ups my choice to let me know where my package was. What's the point of having this service if it's not reliable. Now ups access point location is closed and I will have to wait another day. Ups will be losing me as a customer.

Honestly would rate the company 0 stars if I could. I ordered a new set of wheels and tires for my vehicle because somebody stole my stock rims. I spent almost all day on the phone with a sales rep Monday November 27 ensuring i had taken care of everything including having purchased 2 day shipping so that my new wheels would arrive in a timely manner and I'd be able to get my car back. Wednesday comes and UPS delivers 3 wheels and leaves one in the warehouse because they were "busy" and I was told it would be delivered Thursday although I had purchased 2 day shipping. To make it worse I was also told my tires would not arrive until Tuesday the following week, again although I had done everything in my power to ensure 2 day shipping. It is now Tuesday December 5th and 2 tires have been delivered while one tire is still at one warehouse and the last tire is at a different warehouse and am now being told it will be Wednesday December 6th before the last two tires arrive. Because of UPS's mishap I have to spend extra money on a rental car plus storage fees for my vehicle as its sitting in Ford's service garage because my packages have not arrived like they were supposed to. In short, I should've gotten my vehicle back Thursday November 30th but because of UPS it may be Thursday December 7th before I get my car! This is completely UNACCEPTABLE and I will NEVER use UPS again.

UPS - Lost package

UPS is getting worse and worse. I had to run around for 3 days looking for a package that was never scanned for tracking. I was told to go to one town that's,45 minutes away, to find out that it's not there. Then they told me another town that's 30 from there (which is now an hour and 15 away from where I live and they didn't have it) SO finally after getting hung up on by customer service twice, they tell me it's actually at another location so I go there and spent 40 minutes there before they tell me that the package is there but they can't find it and so they suggest I call for a refund. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL AROUND. NEVER AGAIN.

i am waiting for my package whole day because it needs sign, and the end of day its says reschedule for tomorrow. Same thing happen again and again continuously 5 day. Finally because of frustration i decided to pick my package myself, when i went there i wait around 2 hours and after 2 hours they said come tomorrow. They are not able to find my package. Disgusting peoples. I never ever going to do anything with UPS

2 days means -2days..........lets see, where do i start, hmmmm. First, it was on the truck for days & days........Then they don't know where it's at. I tried to pick it up.....2 times,didn't get it. Then they said," I don't know why the driver didn't deliver the item." Then they ask me to meet the driver because they weren't going to be in the area until 10 p.m. They wanted to meet a 3p.m. 1/2 mile from my house. I won't buy from anyone that uses u.p.s for a carrier NEVER. 100 words.........you people are dumber then a box of ***. I wouldn't *** in your *** if your guts were on fire....there 100 words.
