I have packages to be delivered every day this couple of weeks and EVERY package is either can't find address, or tried to deliver 3 times, but with no notice ever left, or random notices in the mail of package held due to some excuse.Incredible a company this bad can stay in business.

I call them "oops" as that is their standard m.o., poorest delivery service in the business, twice as bad as the US Postal Service.

I ask every shipper now to not use them if possible.and now how many more words do i need to describe poor service?

Review about: Ups Mail Service.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: use other carriers, not possible to fix their issues.

I didn't like: Delivery, Poor customer service, Customer service agents.
