Ups can not find my address

Yes I have had several items ordered n sent to me but all of them have been sent back to sender n they refunded a card account n company I no longer use so I lost my money n my item bc yall cant find my address n i need to speak to someone a real person we need to get this problem addressed.n fixedi will not recommend y'all atm

Missing and damaged

Package was torn into and a pair of gloves were missing. It didn't look like an accident because there was a second bag inside that was also torn.

I live in a large, gated apartment complex. I work from home.

Luckily, I have a view of the building's entrance and the complex's management office. I can even hear trucks passing by on the street. I knew for 4 days that I had an Amazon delivery and that it was to arrive 3/23/22, by 7pm. I have the My Choice setup, so I can get notices via email and text on my shipments.

Around 3pm, I get an email saying my package had been attempted for delivery! My bell hadn't even rung! I checked My Choice, then multiple text messages started coming through, stating the driver missed me. I immediately called the UPS customer service and explained that I was home, but the driver didn't ring the bell (if he actually even came).

Furthermore, I requested that the driver be contacted to redeliver, since he still had 4 hours to do so. The Rep, who sounded like she was offshore, said she was escalating my concern and someone would call back. They never did. My package was delivered the next day.

Again, I am home, but the bell wasn't rung. The package was delivered to the Management office. The driver actually made no attempt to deliver to me, but to the office. So if the office is closed, I don't receive my packages?

What kind of sense does that make?!! According to the My Choice delivery option 2: IF YOU ARE NOT HOME, where should the package be left? - Office. Apparently, it doesn't matter if I am home or not!

This is not the first time this has happened. This company has the worst customer service all the way around!

I have no problems with FedEx or, believe it or not, USPS. Each time this happens, I notify Amazon that their promised "Prime Day" shipping is not in fact that!

UPS are totally useless make feeble attempts at deliveries, especially to private customers then lie about so-called attempts dont return promised calls.Worked as a courier years ago always delivered on the day scheduled, matter of priority and pride, even if it cost the company we delivered, most not all companies are fine but UPS are liars and have no pride in what they are paid to do. Eventually hopefully no customers then no investors will drive this useless company out of business. Most companies have unforeseen problems the good ones deal with them UPS don't, just lie

Bad service, rip-off company

UPS charged me $8 plus to have shipment sent to THEIR OWN PICK-UP LOCATION after their delivery person could not knock on my door louder than a 2 month old baby.... will never order anything from any company that uses UPS to deliver.... Go with USPS or Fed-Ex, verify with any company you order from.

Lost package

Ups have not delivered my package yet. Its on hold as of June 16. And not shipping it out. Call and no one can answer me.

My package was delivered to the wrong address

I received an email that my package was delivered. THERE WAS NO DELIVERY. My security camera shows no activity during that time of day. I was home all day, and there is No way that someone can come upon my porch to drop off or pick up without the camera detecting them.

I called because their website has no answers. I just needed to change my address that their bafoon doesn't know how to look up. Now I know they don't give two ***

Where should I start? Only robot lady who is programmed with maybe three options that quickly move to two. Neither option will address the problem. They suck. She sucks. False information as well. I'm done. Thanks, Now I'm going to pay 7.50 for my package that I have to pick up if I want to have it! Total losers. This may as well be UKRAINE. I mean that in the worst way -- Ukraine could do better and they are getting the crap beaten out of them.

Misdelivered package package can’t speak to anyone

Misdelivered package I tried several times calling to speak to somebody in the United States I keep getting people overseas that are telling me that nobody from the local hub can call me the manager of the driver needs to call me

I live on a main street everybody knows where it is theres a giant mall tgere

Overseas told me the driver was new he was lost he left it at an address that Ive never heard of

8 oclock at night they told me that I should go to that address and pick up my package (what if the person is violent) it was a criminal that signed for it she saw my name and my address and still excepted it

I dont know if the driver has a connection with her because I never got my package they wont even let me make a claim they want me to make a claim through Amazon UPS is useless they dont wanna do anything about it their driver is negligent they dont know how to read them out what are they doing driving
