I have been receiving a package at least once a month thru ups from the medical dispensary in dallas tx I live in edgewood nm it is always a next day air shipment due to it being diabetic medication on 12/ 5/2017 they lied add said to inclement weather the shipment was delayed there was no bad weather in Dallas TX on that day

now on 12/8/2017 Friday they say it will be delivered on the next business day but of course the scan said it was last scanned in Ontario CA how do you next day air a medical package packed in ice 40 m8iles east of Albuquerque thru CALIFORNIA when that was never done before I have been getting these packages for at least the last 8 years

I think UPS should go out of business. This isnt my first shipment that was severly late with them. It is a horrible company that shouldn't be allowed to stay in business any longer.The *** post office is better than these ***. They never deliver on time and when you call you have to wait an hour on the phone just to speak to a losey costumer care agent. Pathetic and i will drive across states myself before ever accepting a packege from this sorry and completely worthless company again or allow them to make any money off of me again. Im *** pissed and really wish i had the money and resources to shut em down. So santa if you read this. You know what i want for christmas good sir.

UPS - Unacceptable delivery delays

I cannot find a 'customer service/complaints' option through ups.com or their 1-800 line. Twice in three weeks I've rec'd an email the day of a scheduled delivery that it is in fact not going to happen. The delivery will be made another day. The drive just went past my home at 6:02 after dropping off a package at my neighbors. In past busy Decembers I've rec'd del. as late as 8:15p ... UPS is too cheap to hire adequate drivers to cover the holiday rush!!!!!! I will use USPS in 2018 and remove all and any business from UPS.

Ups is a very very slow and ir-responsible shipping company. my delivery of products have been in their warehouse and it is taking them 5 days to deliver it to my address. I called them and complained many time but all went to deaf ears. I have also asked my supplier that never ever send anything with ups. Very cheap company and poorly organized Please stay away from this company. If I bring things from another country it takes 5 days but from another city to my city it is taking 5 days. very sad. They are not organized or anything

11/28 ARRIVES AT FAIRLAWN NJ HUB 11/29 ARRIVES AT PHIILY PA HUB 11/30 ARRIVES AT HAMILTON NJ HUB 12/1 ARRIVES AT MONROE NJ HUB 12/1 MONROE- OUT FOR DELIVERY 12/1 DELIVERY DELAY 12/4 MONROE- OUT FOR DELIVERY 12/4 DELIVERY DELAY (called ups, promised delivery by midnight) 12/5 MONROE- OUT FOR DELIVERY 12/5 DELIVERY DELAY(called ups, promised delivery and a call from the hub manager by 10:00am-NEITHER HAPPENED) 12/6 IN TRANSIT? 12/7 IN TRANSIT? 12/7 called ups- package will not be delivered today. Package is no longer on a truck. Package is now on a container because they have too many packages and the driver cannot deliver them. Terrible customer service, inconsistent and false information provided by their clerks. If you ask to speak to a supervisor, they are reading off of their canned response training manual. Time to file a class action lawsuit against UPS for lying about delivery status. They already paid out a class action lawsuit in 2015 for the same time. UPS management still has not learned how to properly run business. Boycott UPS and switch to FedEx. *** UPS.

UPS - HORRIBLE NEVER AGAIN

It's been 4 days and my overnight package has not been delivered yet. I have been on the phone non-stop with UPS. All generic answer. If you need good customer service you need to be a big box business owner that UPS makes money from. I have even tried online chatting and e-mail leadership team at UPS. Event the ups store tell me that corporate pleases business people and not individual home owners. UPS LIKES BIG COMPANIES LIKE AMAZON AND WALMART WHERE THEY MAKE MOST MONEY FROM. Individual home owners find another company. HELP ME Spread the word that individual home owners should not use UPS.

They dont give a crap about there cust. . Have pkg. they say they delivered and they havent. Say they leave them at front door. They cant unless they hop overa gate get past 2 bad dogs. They say they cant find me.Have 4 spots visable with house numbers . Its excuse after excuse. Done with them.

UPS - Delivered to wrong address, Next Day shipping took a week

I am LIVID with UPS. I ordered branding stickers for my graphic design graduation portfolio show, paid for Next Day shipping which was supposed to come that Thursday. Thursday came and went, UPS updated shipping information saying something about a late flight, then claimed it would come on Friday. On Friday, it was "Out for Delivery" all day but never came, then the information was changed to "In Transit" around 9pm that day. I called them to find out what was going on and they claimed that it's "their busy season" and that my package never even made it on the truck. They told me that now I'll have to wait until Monday to get my package, which I was supposed to receive on THURSDAY. I wanted those stickers to turn in with my final project Monday morning. So Monday night, I get home from work and see a notification saying that my package was delivered to my front porch at 10:20AM that morning... except there is NO PACKAGE anywhere on my porch or on my property. I call UPS and they say they'll have to talk to their driver and see what happened. They call back TODAY and say that their driver delivered it to the wrong house (my next door neighbors) and act like it's no big deal, as if they haven't messed up over and over again. I request that they send a truck and a driver to retrieve my package from the neighbor's. Nothing happens, so I go ask my neighbor and they claim they never got any packages. So long story short, UPS delayed my NEXT DAY AIR RUSH shipping package by 4 days, then delivered it to the wrong address and my neighbors have now stolen my package. I will never go with UPS EVER EVER EVER AGAIN after this awful experience. Their customer service is absolute *** and it's on the customer to deal with their mistakes. *** this company!
