UPS stole my rug

It scanned in to New Orleans a week ago yesterday. They told me that it was going to be delivered on Monday, Friday, and today (a week and a day from when it scanned in) Today the driver said it was delivered at “5:34 PM”. That is just not true. We were here with the door open, I was actually outside on the sidewalk. He lies. This was a $690.00 rug, and someone from UPS is having it for Christmas. It is unbelieveable that they can run a company this way, where they can just say they did something and then not do it.

UPS - Delayed delivery of important documents

A package was sent from abroad with scheduled delivery date for 5th December 2017. On tracking after the 5th, it was rescheduled for 7th, then 8th, and then again 11th. Yet it has been in Canada for about 2 days now. Calls to customer care have only returned with delivery delays due to high volume of packages for delivery within Toronto. Now there is no confidence that the package will be delivered on 11th December, 2017 and the content of the package is time-bound. This is completely unacceptable and i'm not going to use UPS again. Fingers crossed for Monday and looking for a way to make a formal complaint.

Apparently, you live in Canada and as such must expect delays similar to your health care system. You should be used to it by now. Perhaps a move to the US would speed up your delivery of things essential in life.

Latest update. Guess with all the *** I raised they decided to deliver the package today instead of on the 11th as they stated last night!

I have found it's always best to use FedEx whenever possible. UPS is a union company.

FedEx is not. Therein lies the difference in service.

UPS - Hourseplay read below please

Why is ups driver in delivery to my house taking my package and throwing at his helper? At 416 South St woodville,Ohio 43469. About 430 pm. Well I believe hebbroke my 10.00 music box. Total of 16.50. They do not deliver the packages per the time frame given on the tracking history. All my packages have had updated tracking information to be delivered the next day, then the next day, then the next day. This is the time of the year when you anticipate your orders coming on time and that just has not been the case. There customer service sucks..... They deliver packages and do not even have the courtesy to knock on the door so that you know the package is on the porch - people steal so it would be nice to get my package before someone else does. Stores need to stop using UPS. Use FedEx or USPS!!!! Or give the customers the option to chose their carrier.

UPS failed to deliver package on a 4 hour window. Delivery driver shows up 1 1/2 hour late and leaves a note to deliver in 3 days. I complained about the waiting period so they gave me tracking status for the next day to deliver by the end of the day in which they did...

I have been receiving a package at least once a month thru ups from the medical dispensary in dallas tx I live in edgewood nm it is always a next day air shipment due to it being diabetic medication on 12/ 5/2017 they lied add said to inclement weather the shipment was delayed there was no bad weather in Dallas TX on that day

now on 12/8/2017 Friday they say it will be delivered on the next business day but of course the scan said it was last scanned in Ontario CA how do you next day air a medical package packed in ice 40 m8iles east of Albuquerque thru CALIFORNIA when that was never done before I have been getting these packages for at least the last 8 years

I think UPS should go out of business. This isnt my first shipment that was severly late with them. It is a horrible company that shouldn't be allowed to stay in business any longer.The *** post office is better than these ***. They never deliver on time and when you call you have to wait an hour on the phone just to speak to a losey costumer care agent. Pathetic and i will drive across states myself before ever accepting a packege from this sorry and completely worthless company again or allow them to make any money off of me again. Im *** pissed and really wish i had the money and resources to shut em down. So santa if you read this. You know what i want for christmas good sir.

UPS - Unacceptable delivery delays

I cannot find a 'customer service/complaints' option through ups.com or their 1-800 line. Twice in three weeks I've rec'd an email the day of a scheduled delivery that it is in fact not going to happen. The delivery will be made another day. The drive just went past my home at 6:02 after dropping off a package at my neighbors. In past busy Decembers I've rec'd del. as late as 8:15p ... UPS is too cheap to hire adequate drivers to cover the holiday rush!!!!!! I will use USPS in 2018 and remove all and any business from UPS.

Ups is a very very slow and ir-responsible shipping company. my delivery of products have been in their warehouse and it is taking them 5 days to deliver it to my address. I called them and complained many time but all went to deaf ears. I have also asked my supplier that never ever send anything with ups. Very cheap company and poorly organized Please stay away from this company. If I bring things from another country it takes 5 days but from another city to my city it is taking 5 days. very sad. They are not organized or anything
