UPS - Lost package and nothing to accommodate

I sent out a package on 12/11/17 for next day delivery. I paid $35.15 for this service. Next day, my package never arrived. At 5 pm I called UPS to find out the issue and all they could tell me was that they can put in a search request to the last facility where my package was at. I spoke with a manager who told me she was going to call me back. I never received that phone call. I stated I wanted my money back and I was told that I'd have to go back to the store I shipped the package from for that. So not only did you lose my package and can't do more then say "I'm sorry" but now I have to go out of MY way to get my money back for your mess up? Called back on 12/15/17. At this point, there is no tracking information for my package at all. Again, no one can tell me why but an investigation is being opened. However, this investigation may take 8 days. There is no good resolution. There is no responsibility being taken on by the company and there is nothing being done to refund me the money that was stolen from me for this awful shipping unless I go OUT OF MY WAY! and even then, I don't know if I will be refunded.

Bad experience with UPS

I prefer never ever go with UPS again. They have kept the package with them from past one week. They didn't attempt to deliver at least once in a week time. Daily they are updating the tracking as "out For Delivery" but never delivered. very poor and pathetic UPS. When called customer care they cut the call in middle of discussion. I believe now that they have bad network , staff and infrastructure. They even deleted the tracking messages dec 14th . they are bluffing that they didn't update anything. good that I have taken screenshot of tracking messages. i told them I have screenshots then they agreed.

UPS - THAT’S what they call pickup?!!!

I ordered a package via amazon and for 2-day shipping it took 4 days to get here, and it was a time sensitive package, so now I need to send it back. No biggie, it happens. BUT their idea of picking up a package is knocking on the door and running like a doorbell ditcher! I rent the basement of my brother’s house and when I heard the dog bark, I went straight upstairs, not in a rush, but I’m not stopping to smell the roses either. By the time I got to and opened the door, he was already in his truck pulling away! They left a notice hanging on the door saying that they attemptedto pick it up and now I have to track down a driver or drive somewhere to drop it off. If I had a (free) choice/option, I would never use UPS ever again!

Cynthia at UPS newport store is the worst staff I have ever seen

She is very rude. I used the wrong card to get refund, but she didn't check it as well before I use it. Then she told me "You have to use the same card ok? I don't know what will happen, but if you cannot get the money back there is NOTHING I can do". This attitude is really the worst I have ever seen. She is not even looking at me. What do you mean there is nothing you can do? You cannot ask me to come back again then you call someone to fix it? I cancelled the shipping because they cannot make sure it will arrive before Christmas although the expected arriving day is 12/21. I asked her it says 12/21 why cannot make it before Christmas? She said "Christmas is 12/25 (just like I don't know it??) this month is very busy, nothing can be guaranteed. " UPS just sucks. I have shipped for so many times, but this is the worst.

When asked by Stephanie if anything was breakable, I said no but the toys have plastic windows on one side. She immediatley pushed her thumb through one of the carefully wrapped presents. Horrible customer service. I submitted and paid for a shipping pickup to come the next day. On the day of, out of nowhere, UPS sent a message to me stating that it was cancelled. I ended up having to call in during work hours and spend 25 min over the phone to reset that up. On top of that, they said they didn't have a reason why it was cancelled, and I needed to provide all my information again to reschedule the shipment that they cancelled on their end. They would not even waive the charges. They cancelled my order that I paid for, and it charged me for. Then they told me that I had to rebook everything and call in for that.

UPS - Billable Weight Scam

This is one really nice scam UPS has going. No, it is not brand new, having been in place for almost a year now but I just got bit by it. It is rather like being billed for a box of a dozen donuts that has just one it and being charged for all twelve as the box could have held that many if it was full. It really is a nice scam though, something I am sure the organized crime would have done if they had thought of it. Quite elegant, beautifully executed. A good idea to fight back on this would be to get a maximum weight number from the size and then add enough sand or other heavy material to get up to near that weight. If they want to bill for it, then they should really be made to ship it.

UPS suck

I have some very important documents that was supposes to be delivered by 12/12/2017 between 4-8pm. I called and I was told my package would be delivered 12/13/2017. I ased to speak with the supervisor because I paid $25.00 to have my package delivered today, the agent said they can give me a refund I told him I do not need a refund I need my delivery. Now I am on hold and I have to have docs submitted by 12 am.

Ordered from JCP, did not have gift option was told once i get ups track# i could change delivery add. Called JCP was told ups does that. Called ups was told jcp does it. Spoke to Sup Robert, once pkg is scanned i go to upsmychoice & doit. Called ups sup Mel. Told i cant do that. The cust serv of both SUCKS!!!! THEY DONT KNOW ANYTHING!!!! MEL SUP 10 YEARS NOT IMPRESSED
