UPS WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?

Had an item scheduled to be delivered 12/14, then suddenly the information changed to “scheduled delivery information not available at this time” and here it it 12/18 and it’s still reading the same sheat! I know it’s the holidays but this is ridiculous, i’ve had This problem for the 3rd time in a row. Get it together, hire more people, Start providing refunds to those who pay for overnight or 2 day shipping only to receive their items a week or more later. Why are you allowed to get paid but not provide the service? If this were a small business they would get hammered. Unreal

UPS, Have your customer service representatives tell the TRUTH or if they really don't know the whole story let them in on what is really going on (ignorance is not bliss)... Don't lie and say package is out for delivery when the time stamp is after the drivers normally leave the warehouse in the morning...Don't say a package is going to be delivered on a particular day when it never made it on the truck , I am not sure if your computer system is rigged to say a package is out for delivery even if it has just been received and scanned. How about just being honest on tracking and simply saying : "Received" and then when the packing is scanned and placed on the truck "Ready for delivery"- Try being transparent not murky ...Take pride in the company...

UPS - Horrid Customer Service

Ordered Prime item from Amazon on Tuesday Dec. 12th and it made it to the local UPS hub on Wednesday Dec. 13th 11:09p (good job Amazon). Tracking states it was out for delivery at 2:07a and 10:01a on Thursday Dec. 14th but at 10:08pm delay in weather or natural disaster (have to laugh but we did had snow in Atlanta over the previous weekend). On Friday Dec. 15th at 10:32a the package was out for delivery again but at 9:53p a carrier delay has occurred. On Saturday 10:18a out for delivery AGAIN and tracking again states for each that I will have the package by 8:00p. Do I have the package? NO! New message on Amazon states: "Now expected by Wednesday SIGN IN FOR DETAILS From UPS at Friday, December 15: A carrier delay has occurred We're sorry your package is late We don’t have a new delivery date, but we recommend waiting as it’ll usually arrive within a few days. Please come back Thursday if you still don't have it and we'll help you out. Was expected Thursday, December 14" This was a gift for XMAS that was to have been placed in a box and suppose to have been shipped by USPS to arrive in CA by Dec 24th. AND this was the major gift for the box. Is the item lost? I am told no by countless UPS reps and their BS lies, "we are extremely busy, the package is out for delivery, etc I like Amazon but I sincerely hope they get new carriers because UPS sucks! I have learned a valuable lesson: if I need something as a gift I will buy it local and then ship it early.

Do NOT trust UPS Pack and Ship Guarantee!

A treasured piece of art that was shipped via the UPS Pack and Ship Guarantee arrived broken. UPS did pay for repairs and reimbursed me shipping cost- after MANY months- but never reimbursed me for the decrease in value of the piece once repaired. They required me to get an expert appraisal which irrefutably proved the value had been negatively affected by the damage due to UPS packing negligence, but offered me no compensation. I jumped through many hoops to file my claim, and they used whatever self-serving reason and or fine print they could come up with so as not to pay. A 7 month debacle. I will never again use UPS!

UPS - What a *** show

Package was supposed to delivered by the 15th. Wasn’t even collected until 10:30 at night on the 15th. Then can’t cancel delivery because UPS actually ships the item via the United state postal service. What??? Why would I pay UPS for them to hand he package to USPS to schedule the delivery 4 days after it was supposed to arrive. Makes absolutely no sense. I wish sellers would disclose the shipping company before hand. I would never use UPS if there was an option. Heck, I’d probably just not buy the product if it only shipped UPS. There customer service department is a joke. Could understand the person at all so asked to be transfers to another agent. These second one was even worse. Uhhhhh.

NOT a happy camper - will steer clear of UPS in future!

My elderly mother ( who lives in BC ) ordered something from the US and was charged a pretty penny for shipping via UPS ( and was never informed about the brokerage fees). The item and shipping was paid in full at the time of ordering. When she ordered it , she used my address in Ontario as the "ship to" address, as it was a Christmas gift for my grandchildren who l will be seeing at Christmas. The UPS delivery person came 2 days in a row while I was at work. I called UPS to see if I could either find out if the delivery could be done in the evening ( when I'm home from work) OR if I could pick it up somewhere local. I was informed that the driver would make one more attempt and then the package would be returned to the US. My only options were to either pay extra to have it delivered to another location ( which wasn't possible), drive to their shipping centre ( 1.5 hrs away and come with certified cheque or money order- because they don't take cash, or credit cards) or see if I could find someone who would be willing to sit around at my house all day to wait for the delivery ( all my friends and neighbours work too!) When I asked for a closer pick up location, I was told that although other locations are available , it was not an option because the "shipper" ( isn't that UPS???) had specified that it could ONLY be left at the specified center!!! I felt that I was being treated like a criminal just to be able to retrieve a package that had already been paid for!! Because it is a Christmas gift for my grandkids, I have no alternative but to make the 1.5 hr drive , pay for gas and a money order to the UPS Center. $30 in shipping fee's were prepaid, they are charging $32 for brokerage fee's and I HAVE TO GO PICK IT UP??? What the ***?? I will make sure to NOT PURCHASE anything where the only shipping option is UPS. If anything else ever unknowingly comes via UPS , I'll be telling them to keep it!

UPS in League City, Texas - RUDE TO ELDERLY

I opened the door when UPS showed up at my house to deliver a very heavy package. I asked the UPS Driver if he would put a 50 lb package by my garage door so I could slide it into my garage. However, he looked straight at me and lef the package up on top of steps close to my front door. This would mean I would have to lift this package up and down steps. The UPS man looked right at me only to then turn his back on me and walk away. He then got into his truck and left me standing there. WHAT A JACK#$$. I am an elderly woman and cannot lift that heavy of a package, However, had he left it by my garage door I could have slid it into my garage.
