Ups delivery was awful

I apparently miss my delivery yesterday. So I logged in an opt out of the signature and wrote instructions to leave my package ( an iPad) at my front door. I signed up as well for text to Track package. I was home by 4:20 Waiting for my delivery. At 6:50 pm I get a text that my package was delivered. No one ever came to my door. So I took a flashlight and went down the drive in the RAIN.. The drive not only did not deliver tpy door, but left my package atthe end of My neighbor’s drive in the RAIN. This is ludicrous. An iPad. I’m the rain. Really.?! He / she could not drone a few yards to my door and do their job?

Well I bought a swagcycle on Black Friday on hsn and they delivered a while I was out of town asked if I can pick it up they said no. So it was delivered and I got there it was gone. HSN replaced decided to have it delivered to my neighbor. That was supposed to be delivered on 12/13/17. Here it is 12//19/17 and it has been sitting somewhere in the ups black hole about 8 miles from house and no one can tell when this package is going to be delivered. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. !!! THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL SAY ANYTHING NO HELP EVERY ONE HAS A DIFFERENT STORY ABOUT THE PACKAGE. THE STORIES SO MANY I COULD WRITE A BOOK!!!! CUSTOMER *** UPS

UPS - Missing items.

If you want lost something or have a heart attack just use this company, the only thing I hate in my life is this company, costumer service are totally disrespectful. Next time I have to order something I gonna make sure if the company gonna make the shipping with ups I prefer don’t bay it.

They tell you the package is in the hub for over week and can’t get it to the service center. Online status is wrong as well as the automated phone line. Says come pick it up with id but it’s not there. It’s a ahundred yards away yet can’t make it to the front for play close up!

UPS WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?

Had an item scheduled to be delivered 12/14, then suddenly the information changed to “scheduled delivery information not available at this time” and here it it 12/18 and it’s still reading the same sheat! I know it’s the holidays but this is ridiculous, i’ve had This problem for the 3rd time in a row. Get it together, hire more people, Start providing refunds to those who pay for overnight or 2 day shipping only to receive their items a week or more later. Why are you allowed to get paid but not provide the service? If this were a small business they would get hammered. Unreal

UPS, Have your customer service representatives tell the TRUTH or if they really don't know the whole story let them in on what is really going on (ignorance is not bliss)... Don't lie and say package is out for delivery when the time stamp is after the drivers normally leave the warehouse in the morning...Don't say a package is going to be delivered on a particular day when it never made it on the truck , I am not sure if your computer system is rigged to say a package is out for delivery even if it has just been received and scanned. How about just being honest on tracking and simply saying : "Received" and then when the packing is scanned and placed on the truck "Ready for delivery"- Try being transparent not murky ...Take pride in the company...

UPS - Horrid Customer Service

Ordered Prime item from Amazon on Tuesday Dec. 12th and it made it to the local UPS hub on Wednesday Dec. 13th 11:09p (good job Amazon). Tracking states it was out for delivery at 2:07a and 10:01a on Thursday Dec. 14th but at 10:08pm delay in weather or natural disaster (have to laugh but we did had snow in Atlanta over the previous weekend). On Friday Dec. 15th at 10:32a the package was out for delivery again but at 9:53p a carrier delay has occurred. On Saturday 10:18a out for delivery AGAIN and tracking again states for each that I will have the package by 8:00p. Do I have the package? NO! New message on Amazon states: "Now expected by Wednesday SIGN IN FOR DETAILS From UPS at Friday, December 15: A carrier delay has occurred We're sorry your package is late We don’t have a new delivery date, but we recommend waiting as it’ll usually arrive within a few days. Please come back Thursday if you still don't have it and we'll help you out. Was expected Thursday, December 14" This was a gift for XMAS that was to have been placed in a box and suppose to have been shipped by USPS to arrive in CA by Dec 24th. AND this was the major gift for the box. Is the item lost? I am told no by countless UPS reps and their BS lies, "we are extremely busy, the package is out for delivery, etc I like Amazon but I sincerely hope they get new carriers because UPS sucks! I have learned a valuable lesson: if I need something as a gift I will buy it local and then ship it early.

Do NOT trust UPS Pack and Ship Guarantee!

A treasured piece of art that was shipped via the UPS Pack and Ship Guarantee arrived broken. UPS did pay for repairs and reimbursed me shipping cost- after MANY months- but never reimbursed me for the decrease in value of the piece once repaired. They required me to get an expert appraisal which irrefutably proved the value had been negatively affected by the damage due to UPS packing negligence, but offered me no compensation. I jumped through many hoops to file my claim, and they used whatever self-serving reason and or fine print they could come up with so as not to pay. A 7 month debacle. I will never again use UPS!
