UPS - Placed order twice still trying to get it

Placed an order with Kohl’s it was on the way for 4 days then it was lost called Kohl’s got refund placed order again same thing been home two days waiting on package still don’t have it tracking is a joke won’t order anything else from Kohl’s just because they use UPS to ship it

UPS unable to deliver problems

I receive most of my packages from Amazon through UPS. And this year (2017) I have had the worst problems ever. I expect during this time of year that a package or two might be somewhat late. But when you have numerous packages late by weeks and then they do not know where the packages are at although their own tracking program reports that it is at their hub waiting to go out. And when you speak to Amazon they apologize but state that it is not their fault. Boloney!!! Amazon is a huge company and if their shippers are not doing their job then that is a weak link in the equation. I even started my shopping in early November to avoid these issues.

UPS in Doraville, Georgia - Poor delivery service

I placed two orders from the same company online on Cyber Monday (11/27/17). I received the first package as expected in about 3 days. The second package arrived at the Doraville, GA sorting center on December 1st. Every time I checked on the delivery update it said it was "being processed". My package sat for 10 days before it was finally delivered on 12/11/17. When I called to inquire why my package was delayed I was told there wasn't enough room on the truck. For 10 days ... the trucks were too full for a box that was small (10x8x6). UPS is usually better than this. Very disappointed.

Dealing with a UPS lie right now!!

A 125lb package I was tracking suddenly changed its status to delivered, left at front door. My wife and I were both home at the time. Furthermore, I have motion sensing cameras pointing at my mailbox at the curb and my front door. I record everything approaching my house. No UPS truck, driver or package was delivered. When I called UPS to inquire, the person insisted it was delivered. I had her open an investigation anyway and contact the shipper. I figure somebody's relaxing on my new mattress right now!!! We'll soon find out.

Bad ups drivers

was waiting on a signature needed package all day then finally spotted the ups but it was 4 pm already soo this *** had the "sorry we missed" u ticket already made or something cause he just jumped off put it on mail box and took off as soon as I saw the truck I grabbed my coat didn't even have time to put on and I still missed him -.-and the next day I waited again and as soon as I saw it went down and asked him if he was the one that came by yesterday he said yea so I told him he should give people 1min or 2 to open the door and that driver was a *** he said don't have time to wait for customers to get there coats he has to keep moving WTF ?? SMFH

Ups delivery was awful

I apparently miss my delivery yesterday. So I logged in an opt out of the signature and wrote instructions to leave my package ( an iPad) at my front door. I signed up as well for text to Track package. I was home by 4:20 Waiting for my delivery. At 6:50 pm I get a text that my package was delivered. No one ever came to my door. So I took a flashlight and went down the drive in the RAIN.. The drive not only did not deliver tpy door, but left my package atthe end of My neighbor’s drive in the RAIN. This is ludicrous. An iPad. I’m the rain. Really.?! He / she could not drone a few yards to my door and do their job?

Well I bought a swagcycle on Black Friday on hsn and they delivered a while I was out of town asked if I can pick it up they said no. So it was delivered and I got there it was gone. HSN replaced decided to have it delivered to my neighbor. That was supposed to be delivered on 12/13/17. Here it is 12//19/17 and it has been sitting somewhere in the ups black hole about 8 miles from house and no one can tell when this package is going to be delivered. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. !!! THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL SAY ANYTHING NO HELP EVERY ONE HAS A DIFFERENT STORY ABOUT THE PACKAGE. THE STORIES SO MANY I COULD WRITE A BOOK!!!! CUSTOMER *** UPS

UPS - Missing items.

If you want lost something or have a heart attack just use this company, the only thing I hate in my life is this company, costumer service are totally disrespectful. Next time I have to order something I gonna make sure if the company gonna make the shipping with ups I prefer don’t bay it.

They tell you the package is in the hub for over week and can’t get it to the service center. Online status is wrong as well as the automated phone line. Says come pick it up with id but it’s not there. It’s a ahundred yards away yet can’t make it to the front for play close up!
