UPS attempted to deliver... REALLY???

Twice now, I have received notification that UPS had attempted to delivery my package, but I wasn't available. The first time, that may have been true, but this time, I had nothing to do except wait for the package. As I was waiting, I refreshed the website to see the attempt was made just a few minutes prior. I ran out, and saw nothing. This means that the driver must have used the lightest of knocks, but jumped in his truck and sped off! I'm frankly surprised I didn't hear anything. At least they left a delivery attempt sticker... OH, wait! They didn't! I called the customer support line, asked for a supervisor, and was told the delivery attempt will be made around the same time! To be perfectly honest, I do not trust UPS! So, it looks like I'm going to have to wait outside, for the entire morning, because they could come at any time! The alternate is to travel across the city, by bus, with over 50 Lbs worth of packaging! I know, if I every have a choice, I will never choose UPS! They are completely unreliable!

Yeah who the heck steals olive oil?

Based on your bizarre theory, someone who loves olive oil just happened upon a package that contained said oil.

That or someone is just sitting around ripping open packages hoping for olive oil.

This company is a joke. Sent 2 day guaranteed package 12-21, sitting near delivery destination 12-23--call center tells me that "due to volume" they won't unload trailer until 12-26. Demanded refund call center would not do so. Hope ups stock goes into toilet.

Paid for 3 day guaranteed delivery on the 21st and when the 21st came around the delivery date was changed to the 26th after Christmas. It was Christmas presents for my 2 grand kid's who went to their parents house for Christmas and are flying back home to Marietta, Ga. and Charlotte, NC. from Houston, TX the morning of the 26th so will be gone when package arrives. Now my daughter has to place their presents in 2 new boxes and ship them to my grand kid's so that adds to the expense. Reading the guarantee I should get my money back but not holding my breath.

UPS in Denver, Colorado - Just more than enough to push me over the "Christmas Edge"

Two day air. ???????really????? Due on Dec. 22 , Friday, as they told me for two dAys via email. Pkg never came on Friday... I called Friday night at 11:50pm. Wait for over 30 minutes . Was told it would come Saturday the 23rd. Nothing came Saturday by dinner time. I call again and wait a similar amount of time. THEN I was told it is NOT coming until Tuesday, Dec. 26th. SOOO.....WHY WAS I NEVER notified earlier than Saturday night that I might as well forget it for Christmas! Furious at their absolute lack of communication. If they had some customer service skills and better business practices, perhaps they would have sent me a simple email informing me so.....then I might have had time to find some replacement items.....but at this point it is out of the question. VERY VERY ANGRY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is NOT their first Christmas season. Never forget this experience.....I will always remember the Christmas of 2017. They should apologize to Seabear as well!

I have had 3 packages in the last month get messed up on delivery because of ups. The 1st was on the truck on a friday for delivery when the driver just scanned it as wrong adress. Which was a total lie because we saw him pull in to my house but not get out so i thought he was turning around. Package 2 got to the delivery center then left there and went to the other side of the country before someone realized it was going the wrong way. It took an extra week before i got that package. Now package 3, im still waiting on it. I paid extra for overnite air delivery and i was suposed to get it yesterday but no package and all it says is,that the package has left the carrier facility. Please companys stop using ups. They r terrible
