The driver who delivered my package at 2753 Cobblestone Court in West Harrison Indiana was great. I was at hospital with husband when he called to say he couldn't find our address.
I told him to leave next to mail box, which he didn't want to but I told him, my son would get it asap. When he did go down. It was gone. Driver said he would go back at end of route and check since he knew where he left it.
It wasn't there he thought maybe mail person may have put it in my box and to please let him know if I found it, he knew it was my meds. Igot home from hospital about 7pm and sure enough the mail person had put it in my box. He had kept in touch with me throughout the day and I know he didn't have to.
I think he deserves recognition for going above his duties. Thank you.

I paid for overnight UPS delivery on a medication that I needed. I received a confirmation email stating that the package would arrive in TWO DAYS.
When I called Customer Service I was told that because the order was placed on a Saturday, the Overnight Service is not available on weekends and I would not receive my package until the following business day, which would be Monday. I told the Customer Service Rep that had I known Overnight Delivery was not an option, I would have chose a different carrier to deliver my package.
All the Rep said was "I'm sorry for your inconvenience". Not impressed.
Preferred solution: Full refund
User's recommendation: Be aware what day of the week it is before choosing Overnight Delivery with UPS.

Earth City Missouri UPS(OOPS) always steals packages.
Their hiring practices when it mattered, when I was younger was tour, lure, and reject.
Their parcel processing is steal from consumers when ever possible!
As I Review, UPS appears to practice these thieving techniques nationwide.
It seems the hire the best thieves possible, because every attempt for me to be hired when I was young and fit resulted in no response after their group tour.
I was a soldier twice in the U.S. Army during those years and nothing physically compared to that!
UPS must seek like minded yes men for their steal and auction deal "lost" packages!

User's recommendation: Ship with alternative carriers if possible, or don't get your hopes up for UPS(OOPS) to deliver your orders.
Complaint
Drivers tearing up Asphalt Driveway, turning big truck on drive without moving before turning wheels. Setting and turning wheels on warm or hot Asphalt will cause tires to dig into Asphalt.
I have complained several times and same answer is just sorry.
Bet if it was their driveways, would be different answer.
I asked the UPS manager if they instructed drivers on how to drive on blacktop/Asphalt driveways and his response was silence!
I have asked that no UPS deliveries period pull into my driveway, resulting in 20 more distance to walk.
Still they pull those big trucks onto the hot Asphalt and try to turn them around instead of backing out.
Here is another solution, back into the driveway..below pics are just from last driver.
Sorry, yes their response was Sorry! Repair doesnt come out of their pocket!

Verified ReviewerUPS Customer Service is the worst I've ever encountered. They hire nice young gals from South Asia who WANT to do a good job and throw them into a totally non-functional "system" that angers customers
I've been unable to sign on for a year because UPS decided it needed to strengthen all existing customer PWs, The website has not allowed me to change/reset my PW, but when I've called to get help signing in, which I've now done 4 or 5 times over the months, the result is always the same. I call CUSTOMER support.
They tell me I need to talk to TECHNICAL support and give me a number (they CANNOT transfer me), but when that number answers after yet another wait on hold, it turns out to be the SAME customer service office I originally called! The embarrassed gal tells me she's sorry but ONLY Tech Supt can help me with my sign-in problem and offers to transfer me again to Tech Supt. It's an endless loop of corporate dysfunction. Every time, I end up speaking loudly to the poor gal and slamming the phone down.
Meantime, the same UPS continues to alert me when packages are due to be delivered, so it DOES know I'm a customer. But when I want to get "details" about deliveries or change delivery instructions, I can't sign in to do it! It's maddening beyond belief, and after a solid year of this it's evident UPS feels no need to change. Over time UPS will lose customers because of its abominable customer service.
It would have lost me long ago, but others use UPS to ship to me. Now, I will begin asking those who do that to change shippers!

They offered $100.00 for over 25 thousand in the box to be sent to Tennessee to my Credit Union. I had to mail my daughters disability back payment because there is no credit Union in Greenville North Carolina with the same name as my credit union in Tennessee.
