UPS - Never delivered on time

Details
I never receive my shipments when they say they're out for delivery. It's always the next day. I also own a business and my shipments are constantly not delivered because we do not open until noon. Constant notes on the door that they tried to deliver but we were not open. This is ridiculous. The absolute worst shipping company out there. I always choose FEDEX over ups. Better drivers, always on time, no hassles.

UPS - Now, I know why they wear brown

My order was supposed to be delivered on Jan 9, 20018 but it was not delivered. My order arrived yesterday in Florence SC but they did not load it on the delivery truck. I was on the phone for several hours last night. They assured me they would deliver it first thing this morning. Now they say it will be here by 8 tonight. They are holding up my business. They don't care. They should be put out of business. They wear brown to let us know we can expect *** service. Ihope people quit using them. They are the worst

I paid for next day delivery for my daughter's transcripts for university. They sent to wrong city and then lost the package. My daughter's account was frozen and she was unable to choose her classes.

UPS Supervisor doesn't have the 'balls' to return my many calls as promised by customer service! Rude, arrogant, intimidating driver "gets a talking to" based on customer service response, but Supervisor will not return my calls!!

what a joke!

Their customers keep this company in business, but they employ low class individuals. I am disgusted with UPS!

UPS does not believe in Customer Service

First we have a driver delivering product to the wrong house. Thankfully most honest people have been bringing these packages to us. Unfortunately, we had two deliveries we never received and reported them. Now we are on a "must sign for package" delivery list. The driver delivers during the day when we are not home, so we have to pick up our packages at the distribution center. Even though they have clearly written instructions on the back of the post-it that they leave, that says we can sign the back of the post-it and leave it for them, then they will leave at next delivery. When they didn't deliver it, I called them and they said we are an "exception". When you contact the company to see what you can do to get off "the list", they send the request to the local center. This place then calls you and tells you that "once you are on the list you can NEVER be taken off of it". Most of the employees to which I talk are rude, short, and dismissive. I try my best to avoid using their service but many vendors use them so I have little choice. The upper management needs to investigate their service and return to customer service instead of self-centered service.
