We are setup on automatic payments, they charged a late fee. I contacted them via Live Chat and was told we didn't have Automatic Payments setup.
I took a screen capture of the settings before the chat clearly showing automatic payments was setup. It's been setup this way since we started using the account. We have many previous invoices that were automatically paid until the most recent invoice. The rep then told me to call support and provided a phone number, she didn't know why it quit working.
We also have to get the current invoice paid before they will reverse the late fee. This will require another 20 minutes on live chat hold, plus who knows how long for the support hold. Also, I was typing a response, then the chat disappeared, and I was redirected to another page even before I could take down the phone number for support. Now I can't even find the correct support number.
What a bunch of scammers. No wonder their net profit margin is around 30%. They have no problem breaking things, then charging customers fees and then making it too time consuming to reverse the fees.
By the way, we are an e-commerce company who has been shipping with UPS for 20+ years. UPS sure has changed in the last 5 years, not for the better.

Item was to be delivered 2nd day air. Item was rescheduled for delivery after 2day air deadline arrived.
Then was not put to the top of the delivery schedule since it was already late. Your expectations of asking your customer to wait around another full day to sign for the package is disconcerting. I find this happens more frequently then it should.
I just havent complained before assuming we all have bad days. If a customer puts a time frame for delivery on their package and pays for that service you should consider it important enough to reschedule your route the next day to get it to your customer as early as possible.

I cannot talk to a live person at UPS. What a way to run a company! I will be using FedEx from now on.

Package delivered to wrong address

My Package Was Delivery About A Month Ago, items was remove from the package I wasnt aware that you had employee stealing for customers items after paying for them. I file a claim just want to know whats the status of my complaint not sure why I cant get anyone to follow up with this problem in that package was jewelry when I contact the company Sherrys Honey Boutique She stated Ms.
Dunham You Been Buying For years and you never had this problem so she also said file a complaint with UPS So they can get to the bottom of this issue I just want to know what are they going to do about it next I will contact the attorney General Office to find out why UPS Employee are stealing customers items that they purchase with my own money that I work hard for. If you can assist with this matter will be greatly appreciate it

I'm having to return a pair of solar chargers for ring cameras and Ring sent me a prepaid remote (free) pickup label. Was scheduled for Fri the 1st between 9am and 5pm.
No one showed. You can't get thru to a live person on website or phone. The virtual assistant they have is like a pitbull and won't let you move forward to talk to anyone. So I tried Twitter.
Made a post and they DM'd me. I gave them the track# and at first it was there's nothing scheduled all the way down to found it but the driver said when he attempted pick up I didn't answer. Wrong! I was home all day sitting 5 feet from the door as I had a bad fall from ladder and can't walk.
They were instructed to knock and allow me to roll over to door. Another thing this idiot didn't know since he didn't come by is I have a Ring camera and it records everything that hits my porch. Last thing recorded was the mail at 9am. I told them this return is time sensitive and I won't get my refund if it goes by a certain time point and if that happens I'm holding them responsible.
Ring has sent the request 2x now. They said they're investigating and will get back to me. There should be no investigation right now but get the package
picked up first.
They can deal with the driver that lied after that. Will never use them again from any company.
