UPS Nightmare - will never use UPS again

Our customer outside the EU ordered pick up of parcel in Germany, we the vendors are in France. UPS picked up and was then unable to make the export papers because they needed a german MRN number. We called every day during the whole week trying to find solutions but they always gave contradictory explanations! The last day they said ok give us your EORI number and we will ship it. But 1 hour later they called to say no it won't work. We send the shipment back. And as usual the shipment was very urgent. Now we have to reorganize shipment and order pick up from France, and customer refuses to give his UPS client Nr....when will this nightmare end? Facepalm *** Wtf

UPS: Worst parcel delivery company ever

New, extremely inflexible internal procedures worldwide make the reception of a parcel with UPS a nightmare. - If something accidentaly goes wrong with the paper notices outside your door (e.g. someone steels them just for fun) -If you are a professional and your time is divided betwen several places during the day. .....then you're done! !! NO COMMUNICATION OF THE DRIVER-DELIVERER AND THE CLIENT IS ALLOWED . ANY OTHER MEANS OF IDENTIFICATION OF THE CLIENT ISPROHIBITED APART FROM THEIR INNER COMPANY DELIVERY NR.. No-one appeared in the rescheduled place and time of delivery, and because I had lost the small notice paper left out of my door the parcel got back to the sender (UK) and resent again...Huge time and psychological energy was spended... Thus, to anyone who use UPS: GOD SAVE YOU!!!

Ups Waisted $ on two day air Saturday delivery

I had a tool shipped to a job that I was supposed to do over the weekend. I paid for Saturday delivery and it was on the truck at 9am so my helper and I sat around all day waiting. I called the 800# a couple of times and they just said that it was still going to be delivered so at 10pm I left to drive two hours home. Now it shows that the 450$ tool will be delivered Monday while I will be at a different job and these people are going to be pissed that we didn't get the work done and I had to pay a man to sit around all day waiting to work. So now I am out a full day of my life that I could have been doing something with my family or working on a different job but now I am out a bunch of money and I am sure that Monday morning I will be told that I am no longer going to get work from the job we sat at all day Saturday. So thanks for nothing ups I will never again put any trust in your business since you have screwed mine.

Worst service ever

I ordered my phone and paid an extra $14.99 for express shipping. They never attempted to contact me after not being able to find the right address. In this day and age they should always have a contact number if they cannot find the address!! Waste of money!!!!!

Ups horrible services

This is my third time happening. One time my package was delivered to wrong location and two times they didnt make attwmpts but updated in the system as if they did saying the office was closed even if i was in my office waiting for my package. I contacted Ups 7 times with phone calls and all the time they said i would be contacted by regional facility center but never got any call. I needed my package for my customer so badly today and i wasted whole day to call UPS explaining about the same thing 7 times and ended up to another call wait notice to schedule pick up at night!

TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!! DIFFERENT REPRESENTATIVES GIVE YOU A DIFFERENT STORY, AND YOU END UP WITH NO PACKAGE UNTIL YOU CALL THE COMPANY YOU BOUGHT YOUR ITEMS FROM.

Worst service ever

They have zero communications between departments. I need my package very badly for a live performance tomorrow.. They didn't even try to reach out to access the building and leave notes for two days. today, they asked me to walk 7 blocks to catch a package and never show up after I waited for 40mins. I came home and found a "we missed u" note on my door. R u seriously kidding me, UPS? Is it April fool's day? Is it fun to take other people's business as a joke? Totally would give it a zero star if I could.

Returned Package scheduled by Amazon to be picked up. Driver was not courteous enough to really make sure we knew he was at the door (doors were open and car was here). We did not hear him (we are 77 and handicapped and hard of hearing) at the door. We found the return label in the door. When I called customer service, I was told I would owe a "handling fee" to schedule them to come back. This is not the first problem we have had with UPS Ground and they have never been helpful in solving the problem. They need to hire drivers WHO CARE! Sad Angry

I BEEN WAITING DAYS FOR MY PACKAGE TO MOVE FROM THE TRANSIT

I honestly been ttting to keep my *** cool with all my packages deciding to not move from the area that they are in all my orders! ALLLLLL OF THEM! I been waiting 2 weeks for my order and im done waiting and highly getting pissed off. My package hasnt move from CA IN 2 *** DAYS! I dont care if its only 2 days it says my order should be here tomorrow and now it says Friday im honestly fed up with all the damn packages not being here on time! One star or even zero

Good service bad store manager

We recently had to return a damaged small dishwasher. When I get to the Canby, OR UPS store the owner (?) was crabby as usual and I said he needed a hand truck. He rolled his eyes at me and walked out and drug it to his door and then started flipping it end over end until he got back behind the counter then walked away without a word. His assistant gave me a receipt and I was off. I felt a little traumatized over what he did. Then I wondered if all online orders are treated the same. All my dealings with UPS have been top notch. I guess I'll have to avoid this Canby store from now on. I just wanted to give you a heads up. Cathy Anderson

Failed to deliver a new MacBook Pro to my home as requested.

I purchased a MacBook Pro from Apple Store Canada and expected to receive the computer by the end of July. The delivery date got pushed into August as indicated by UPS tracking. Knowing that my family was going overseas on vacation I phoned UBS on August 1st and requested an August 13th delivery date. I was told that there was a fee to change this delivery date and I provided my credit card to pay the fee. I then requested an email to verify that the change request had been acknowledged. I was told that it was not policy to send such a confirmation email. I asked for a receipt for the payment and again was told by the UBS representative that my credit card statement would act as my receipt. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that no supervisor was available. I was told to simply check on UPS tracking. Needless to say, UBS tracking did not change to reflect my request. I then started to receive emails that a delivery attempt had been made and that the item would be returned after 5 days from the first delivery attempt. Again, I called UBS (This time from Barbados) to request an August 13th delivery, with similar results as before. We returned from vacation over the weekend but today August 13th not only did UPS not deliver the package but All tracking information had disappeared. I contacted Apple to inform them that I had not received the laptop and Apple is now sending another MacBook Pro with an expected delivery date of August 23rd. This is extremely poor service by UPS. The staff at UPS involved with my requests are poorly trained and are dishonest as they never processed my request but on both occasions told me that they had. This UPS service and experience is simply not fit for purpose.

The company should provide email feedback of change requests and employees should be monitored (taped phones etc.) to ensure compliance.

They called me on 8/9/20 told me my package was delayed. I was fine with that they guarantee it by 8pm on 8/10/20 ok fine. checked tracker it was loaded on the truck at 5:45am to go out for del. 8pm never showed up called customer service they said not until 8/12/20. So I was extremely unpleasant WTF so it never made it here it SAT ON THE TRUCK FOR 15 hrs. They tryed to give me some excuse I'm a ex truck driver for 25 yrs. What a waste of a company. At lease the post office delivers on Sunday and so dose FEDEX...... and to think I wanted to drive for them *** holez

Lazy drivers

There is a intercom in the building where I live, they never use it, they again skip me for no reason ! The *** driver did not even stop at my address. And this happens constantly when some seller send me a package. The note was "Signature was required or we were unable to leave your package in a secure location" lol WTF ? You need a signature for Wipes and Trash Bags...come on *** lol .i. *** UPS .i. {{Redacted}}
